Very well done :T Is the keyring one of those points clickers? They are fantastic. They're for those "bits" that you eat away from your tracker. The idea is you know what your points were so if you have say a 4 points snack then you click it 4 times. When you get home, although you cant see WHAT you've had-you can see how many points you used.

Oh and yes, it does make sense. Its why Im considering it. Considering that Ive only been in England for just under 3 years and never really done fruit and veg shopping-Im not always in the know regarding whats in season and when.

Lol that would be a nice keyring, no its a weight watchers metal thing and on the back it says 10% and a key on there, figured out how to open it now so will put it on my keys as a reminder.
  • Ok i have a question.

    PASTA - in the book it's 120g (cooked) for 3 points, online it's 1.5!

Who do i trust?! I want to do this properly!
  • I have come to the conclusion that it must be the larger amount. Assuming cooking pasta doubles it's weight - it's slightly more but won't quibble - it would be the same for 60 dried or 120 cooked i.e. 3. I'd have thought that you could trust the online tracker!

Fran if I were you I'd check the nutritional value on the packaging-the calculator online is very precise.
Cheeky you can buy the clicker keyring for around £3. Im thinking of getting one tomorrow.
ETA: There also seems to be something going on with the tracker today-theres been lots of talk about it on the ww boards today. Im going to ask my leader about it tomorrow-something about changes going on in other parts of the world and they are getting ready to bring the changes. But everything has been higher than normal (10 olives was 1 point earlier). Doesnt make sense though unless they are changing the calcu;ation formula.
