I thought eggs are 1.5pts each? thats 3pts and the toast if you have 2 0.5pt slices it turns into 1.5ptso it would be 4.5pts someone correct me if im wrong though.

I counted the eggs as 1.5pts each - I rang my mum up to ask :rotfl:I don't have the weight watchers member packs or things so if I'm ever in doubt I call my mum
I didn't realise the ww bread rounded to 1.5pts for 2 pieces of 0.5pts  This is a bit of a swizz!! I only ever eat 2 pieces at a time too! (sandwiches, toast etc) gah!!
So I've had 4.5pts?Damn you weight watchers and your misleading packaging!

Hello
Thought I would join this board to give and receive some moral support. I gave up smoking 2 years ago and put on 2st. Am trying really hard to lose the weight. Am using WW on-line as I work shifts. Doing well so far. I found I was eating lots of biscuits and quiches and pies, but have stopped that. For exercise use the WII fit & plus and WII Just Dance (which is brill).
Good luck to all having wi tonight.Slimming World - SW 156 - CW 152.5 GW 133 - 19.5 lbs to go

On the e-source 2 eggs are 2.5 points. I wouldn't worry too much as the calories you consume for 2 slices of bread are double those for 1 slice of bread, it is just the rounding up and down and you are still on 4 due to the eggs rounding down...God is good, all the time
Do something that scares you every day

Phew thanks for this!!
Any idea how many points are in steak? (with all the fat trimmed off obv) - my gfs parents gave us 2 steaks that have been in the freezer for a while now (no packaging) - having them for tea, but no idea of the points value?:heartsmil Proud Weight Watcher :heartsmilStart Weight: 15st 13lb Current Weight: 10st 5lbTotal Loss to Date: 5st 8lb- - -Current 2011 Goal: Lose 8lb by 25th DecemberLoss This Week: -3 Total Loss 2011: -30 -

How do you all buy your fruit and veg? Prior to ww the only veg we bought regularly was pots, onions and carrots, and sometimes peppers (yes really) Oh has never been a fan of veg so we've never bought in as he chose what was being cooked. Now I've bought extra veg for me (and salad) and he's started pecking on some of it. Im considering one of those veg boxes you have delivered but wonder about the value. Currently I pick up pots and onions with the asda meat shop and the rest at Aldi. I really want to sort out the budget whilst I lose the weight.0

I just buy bits and pieces here and there like you, the boxes are expensive if you dont use it all! I like the idea though, as think I might use it more if it was here - does that make sense?
Wooo Hooo I lost three and a half pounds this week, that kind of makes up for last weeks STS. It also meant I reached my first 10% goal!! So I got a key ring thing - cant figure out how to use it though! One pound left to go to reach my first stone and a half fingers crossed I manage it before Christmas, I kinda wanna do two by next week as Ill be in the next weight stones thingie....then Ill be resetting my target0
