Sian I would go!! you wont have another WI until after xmas. =) Next week you enjoy wi free week without feeling guilty about it. x

Will there definitely be no weigh in? What happens with the monthly pass then? Do I still pay for the weeks when I have no weigh in? It seems a little unfair :(

No, if you're on a monthly pass you need to call customer services and they'll refund you the difference. I haven't bothered though because I use the e-source every day so Im happy to fork it for now, nevermind the hassle either.

I went in to Aldi today and spent £17 on LOADS of fruit and veg-and some salmon steaks (never had salmon) and some chicken breasts. Contemplating chicken kiev tonight.

I am not 100% if its every class, you will need to ask your leader to be sure if she will run a class. Sometimes they have classes on but its just a run in, get weighed and go home not actual meeting. x

Oh and also I went to McDonalds for lunch. Its always been a treat for DS-once a month when his star chart is full. But since he started nursery we havent been. I had a grilled chicken and bacon salad with ceasar salad dressing. I was rather surprised to say it was the yummiest meal Ive ever had at McDonalds, and it was a decent portion-although he did have to call his manager as he'd not heard of it before  And it was 6 points which I thought was resonable.

    Hi everyone

Well done to all for weight losses and staying on the straight and narrow ! Had a fairly good week but weekend was carp ! Couldn't plan or eat what I needed to as out all of Saturday and I was so tired saturday night we just had takeaway (kebab which isn't too bad).

Fairly good yesterday apart from feeling like I needed stodge so ended up having 2 bowls of home-made rice pudding for dessert :o , I shall just not have to make it anymore as I can't resist it ! :p

Today lunchtime, we had our Xmas meal so I've had turkey and all the trimmings and yule log for dessert and I've got my WI tonight . We'll see, I'm not expecting miracles so will try and be as good as I can when I can, but enjoy the festivities over the next couple of weeks.

Off out tonight too for a girly xmas meal although I think all I'll be able to manage at the moment is soup ! :rotfl:

I'll check in later and let you all know what the damage is hahahah :rotfl:

Well done for resisting more than one cookie. Have a look on their website http://www.kfc.co.uk/ they have a section where all the nutrition values are available and then you can just check the calculator. I did the same for McDonalds today, also, I found there was loads of their meals already in the points tracker on ww

    This looks pretty good http://www.kfc.co.uk/our-menu/snacks-and-salads/original-recipe-salad/
and according to the tracker its only 4 points without the salad dressing. The low fat vinagrette is 0.5 points and the yoghurt and coriander dressing 2 points.

What do you normally go for when you go there?

If you wanted 1 piece of chicken, go for the wing as its lowest pt for 2.5pts and a regular fries is 4.5pts so if you go for one piece snack box with the wing its 7 pts =D

Or the hot wings are 1.5pts each =D x
