I'm drawing a line under todays awful point smashing mishap - i know my gf was just trying to perk me up, and i fell for mcdonalds evil ways - but I'm now going to visit their site and point items to find out what the lowest point items are, so i don't have to miss out on the occasional treat!

Um, Im having a little mini freak out about my wi on thursday. I have tracked EVERYTHING I've eaten this week (even the cup of hot chocolate and pink and white that I allocated and forget to have the day before yesterday). Here's my worry. I've ended today on 4.5 points not used-I guess I could have a hot chocolate and a banana? But aside from these I have 11 points saved this week:eek: Thats half a days allowance. I cannot for the life of me imagine eating more than I have this week-I am constantly stuffed,but Im scared that my body will be holding on to fat?0

Elmlea double light cream has 1.5pts per 15ml
