    Stayed the same this week, boo! Didn't gain though which is the main thing. Because I had another meal out, having another this Friday too!
  • Thanks everyone for the kind words! :) I'm drawing a line under todays awful point smashing mishap - i know my gf was just trying to perk me up, and i fell for mcdonalds evil ways - but I'm now going to visit their site and point items to find out what the lowest point items are, so i don't have to miss out on the occasional treat! :D

    Um, Im having a little mini freak out about my wi on thursday. I have tracked EVERYTHING I've eaten this week (even the cup of hot chocolate and pink and white that I allocated and forget to have the day before yesterday). Here's my worry. I've ended today on 4.5 points not used-I guess I could have a hot chocolate and a banana? But aside from these I have 11 points saved this week:eek: Thats half a days allowance. I cannot for the life of me imagine eating more than I have this week-I am constantly stuffed,but Im scared that my body will be holding on to fat?

    I would have thought it would be ok for one week, maybe next week add in some higher point alternatives?
  • Just thought i'd let you know that:

    Mr.Kipling mince pies have 4.5pts each :D

    Elmlea double light cream has 1.5pts per 15ml :D

    Nice to know i can cut down on some points from meals to have a little xmas treat :T

  • Morning all, had a sneak peak this morning and it was ok, dont want to say incase it jinxs it - lol what am I like. Fingers crossed wi tonight goes the same difference. Nervous me now!!

    GL Cheeky, and thanks for the words last night, I thought it would be the case.
    Thanks Focus, I am actually. I had a " big breakfast"-baked beans, toast, an egg and tomato-7 points. It's been snowing on and off all day, but obviously no settling.

    Anyone made a new years resolution yet? :D

    I made one, and my gf disagreed with it, so we came to a compromise lol

    My NYR: Lose 14lb by June 2010. :D

    :edit: For my dinner I'm having 2 full eggs and 2 pieces of ww toast for 4pts. :) Might have a little splash of ketchup too ;) haha
