Well done on the weight losses =D brilliant work so far all!! Weekends are the hardest for me but i will persist. Day 18 on plan =D am super excited about this, they say it takes the average person 21 days to get into a new habit so im 3 days away from turning it from another diet to a healthy eating habit =D

Polka whenever i dont know what something looks like i always google image it =D then i see what it is, helps me more than if someone tries to explain to me. x

I did that Focus but they look exactly like naartjies.Ive posted on my FB profile to see if anyone in SA can tell me-or maybe my SA friends who live here. If I dont find an answer tonight Ill just call it six of one and half a dozen of another.
DS is home from school now until 4 January  And if he carries on the way he has today he'll be driving me to eat
  • And so to the start of another weekend - these bits are always the hardest! Last weekend I was ill and my BF had !!!!!!ed off for the weekend so it was easy; I stayed in bed and my will to eat was low which may have contributed somewhat to my loss! This weekend my friend is coming to visit; fortunately for me she's a healthy type veggie so hopefully she won't be too disappointed with eating WW food all weekend! BUT I am sure there will be wine involved so had better watch myself!

  • The thing Im struggling with now is all the meals I have in the run up to Christmas, trying to make good choices though in the hope I still lose!! And pointing it all still!!

Just found out I got a place on the half moonwalk in May for Breast Cancer so will be starting my training properly for that so that should help with the weight loss!!

Im the same Cheeky!! I have a meal with friends on both thursday and friday, the friday im pretty sorted on what i can have. But on thursday im going to a steak and ribs place like frankie and bennys, anyone been to one recently? what did you opt for?
  • Lol its a nightmare, was a pub lunch yesterday and today with suppliers, meal out last night with friends, sunday im out all day and food is going to be bad but nothing at all I can do, then next week I have meal out on thursday, work lunch on the friday and a party in the evening - arrrrggggghhh!
  • Well I've just blown all my points (and probably more) on Burritos for tea, thanks to Mr.El Paso and my gf. But SO worth it to celebrate my 3lb loss this week (plus mother nature has kindly made her monthly visit to me today..gaah!) So I was glad of the yummy comfort food!

We had some M&S vouchers from a deal we got with Sky and we treated ourselves to 2 of the 'Dine in for 2' meal deals and I pointed them and nearly DIED from the amount of points in some of the items we had chosen. I've shuffled around the items and put together a main/side/dessert to try to stay within my points limit..but holy cow they're insane points! I'll come back with a list of points for the items we got so you can see for yourselves :)

Oh and Focus - STILL can't find these damn things!!

damn- wrote a really long post and lost it!!

so heres the news from me - I lost 2 lbs and now weigh 12st 7lbs which was my Christmas target! YAY!
Am hoping to STS through Christmas and get back into this properly in January. At least one more stone to lose, but feels do-able!

Wondered what everyone else is doing about clothes? I am finding my work clothes are baggy and I am starting to look a bit shabby, but am hesitant to replace them with new clothes which I am hoping to grow out of in a few months... So what are all the other losers doing?

Thanks for all your posts and encouragement. Keep going guys!
