Grrrr I stayed the same according to the ww scales! Really annoyed as don't know why! Went put for the meal on sat but over estimated points and made them up ands swam every day apart from Monday! Still got 4 and a half to lose for my mini target of one and a half stones by Christmas0

Ah Cheeky, thats horrible-but we all know how hard you worked this week. What did your leader say about it-any advice or ideas as to why?
Does anyone know if its possible to print the tracker on the ww site? I really dont feel like copying all my meals into the tracker in my file. (Found it:) )0 -
Well done to everyone whose lost:T:T:T:TBeen to busy to keep up with everything, will catch up later:D Did read a bit about weighing between meetings and I know it's no good, always different at meeting and it's disapointing if you think you're in for a loss and you don't get it:mad: Best to keep to once a week on the same scales.
1 1/2 for me this week.0 -
Today isn't going too badly for me, it's my WI tomorrow and I'm scared of putting on because I ate out yesterday at Taybarns as a treat from my GF before going to the cinema (where i took my own bottled water instead of adding to my total fail of a day with more fizzy drink!). I did have some salad and stuck to diet coke..but I still feel uber crap today. Bleh!
This morning I had my ready brek with a little sugar (havent had chance to pick up any sweetner yet) for 2pts and a packet of WW hot chilli tortilla chips for 1pt. I pointed tonights tea already and it comes to 11pts (ugh) but it's cottage pie from M&S (that we picked up on reduced for £2..bargain!) with broccolli and peas.:heartsmil Proud Weight Watcher :heartsmilStart Weight: 15st 13lb Current Weight: 10st 5lbTotal Loss to Date: 5st 8lb- - -Current 2011 Goal: Lose 8lb by 25th DecemberLoss This Week: -3 Total Loss 2011: -30 -
Hi Everyone =D hope you are all doing good today?
Speaking of M&S i found some wonderful low point snack in there iin the sandwich fridges, there are these trays of six mini rolled up wraps!! The beef and ginger tray was 1pt for the whole thing and the prawn tray was 0.5pt!! I brought both and tried them so delicious! Only thing is they cost like £2.20 each or something. Ridiculous expensive but so good and so low in points =D this will definitely be a weekly treat for me. Purse couldnt handle any more but i could hehe.
Last night we had our office xmas party and i was really careful and what came out, didnt eat much at all, about 6pts worth. It was tapas so really hard to point, so i just ate minimum to appear like getting involved but when got home had something proper to eat which i could point =D x0 -
Well done on coping with you do last night Focus, might have to pop into M&S-thanks for the tips.Ive had a wonderful day today-had my first EVER pink n white (and yes I blew it up). I cant believe what Ive been missing. Also had some very fresh strawbs which were delish.
WI for me today...1.5lb's:jIm thrilled because I think its a fantastic start and I know that I can treat myself too. There was a girl who's on her second week-she lost 4 lb's in the first week and 2lb's this week. She was dissappointed because she had eaten crisps and chocolate all week. She was telling me how she wont eat casseroles or anything mixed because she doesnt like her foods touching each other-and she said she doesnt eat veg at all?
I got DS' first ever report today-and Im such a proud mummy, also had the morning off because he's gone off to a playdate with his twin friends-Im off to go and fetch him now and then come home to do some housework mini marathons.0 -
Focus: Thanks for the tips - think I might get the gf to nip me out tonight to pick up a pack of the beef and ginger to see what they're like! (No prawn for me as i'm allergic to seafood..boo!)
Polkadot: Well done on the lossMake sure you take time to streat yourself today to celebrate your WI. The girl you mentioned, she sounds like me with the not eating veg..however when I started ww I gradually began to try different vegetables in recipes and will now eat pretty much anything (with the exception of sprouts..eugh!) Roasted veggies are my favourite. Nomnom
However, the 'not liking her foods touching' is quite odd haha!

Thanks YWG I realise that it's not THAT big a loss-but when I reach goal I dont want to start again so this week I have spent a lot of time reading, researching and planning. I expect I may spend more time doing the same this week too, but Im learning so much that seems so much more important than just shifting weight. mmm, I just realised-I can put some weight loss in my signature now coz I have some:j
ETA: OOO, I like the way that looks:) I almost feel like I have an oscar in my hands coz I want to give a thank you speech to all of you. Just think-I might not even have bought my monthly pass if it wasnt for you...not to mention all the talking in the last week.0 -
4.5lb this week! Think most of it was because I didn't wear jeans this time so actually my weight loss was more even - 5.5lb altogether. Brings me down to 11st 13.5 - so i am now on one point less!0
