  • Luckily as I have done it once before I have the whole range of sizes from size 6 - 16 so I am just moving down into the ones I like more lol

However in your position I would just buy a few staples - couple pairs of trousers and couple of tops and make do.

Yay got to my first goal target today! Sooooooooooooooo happy with myself :j

Still a good way to go to get to overall target but a minor celebration may be in order :D

You should definately celebrate, sometimes a non food treat is better though, how about a nice new top or a massage or something?

    BiG well done!!

Wow Focus Id love to see your meal plan. Ive only done 1.5lbs in a week so Im not likely to make a stone in less than a month-although it would be grand if I did.

It might be because i have alot more weight to lose than you Polka. =( but 1.5lbs is still good, any loss is better than none is what i can say. =D
