Well done Polka and Fran on the weight loss =D thats brilliant!!
Anything is better than nothing. If i even think im gonna be upset or disappointed about a result i just think how long it took me to get to the weight i am and that it didnt happen overnight so to change ourselves it takes time =D im so happy right now. I just feel really positive because i feel in control. Very weird but good =D Hope everyone else has a great WI too =D x0 -
I have my WI tomorrow at home. Scared! I've eaten quite terribly this week from going out so much - gah!!
Focus: I made my gf take me out on a 10 min roadtrip to the nearest M&S. I scoured the bloody sandwhich section and couldn't find anything similar to your descriptionJust a whole lot of overpriced, loaded with points, sammiches! Think I may have a gander in the Marks and Sparks in town tomorrow!

awww im so sorry you had a wasted trip =( when i found them they were on the same section as the sushi trays. They are like oriental type mini wraps, lovely with the dip if you like oriental type food =D
Good luck for your wi!! x0 -
Focus Im with you 100% about the size of the loss. Ive not been able to lose weight since I had my son, but mostly because I couldnt stick it out even a week. This week hasn't been so much about losing weight but more of learning how to eat-which I realise now Ive never known before. I alsways wish my son would eat better as he refuses to eat just about everything. But he's been eating so much more this week-new foods too-and now I see I was instilling in him my own attitude to food-we eat whats available, when its available, as long as it doesnt take more than 5 minutes to prepare. And all thats quite odd considering I love being in my kitchen. Now Im enjoying it even more.0

Convinced I'd put weight on (as i always am!) but my 3lb loss has now taken me down to 12stone exactly*happy happy happy*

Well done on all the losses guys n gals !
I'm having to control my urges at the moment (don't laugh, not that kind of urge ! lol) ...... I've just baked 50 gingerbread men and 50 biscuits for the Guide Fayre tomorrow and I'm having to put them away quickly before I munch on a few !
Taking soup and a roll with me tomorrow (will be there all day so need something to keep me going rather than buying something off the cake stall) ....... oh dear, think it's going to be a tough day ........ chocolate tomobla, mince pies and mulled wine, cake stall, biscuits ....... ohhhhhh lordy !
Have a great weekend everyone, will check back in on Sunday (once I've recovered from Saturday !):jWeight loss to date 1st 11.5lb :j0 -
How fab is that YWG:T, and well done JTB too-I found a motivational calandar somewhere the other day and todays qoute is "how will coping with all the festive eating successfully impact on your weight loss?" Id have to say that even if I dont lose weight-getting through the festivities without gaining anything will be something Ill be blooming over. Maybe that'll help you tommorow?
Now can I ask a daft question-or at least itll sound so to you all. What is a satsuma? I know how many points they are but I dont know WHAT they areI thought they were the same as naartjies, but then I thought naartjies were SA grown and satsumas (from google) say they come from America. So confused I are? And what season do they grow in?
