    Hi everyone,

Apologies for being AWOL but I've had an intensively busy week ! Got another one coming up so i'll make my excuses for not posting next week in advance :p.

No WI for me last week so I'll declare that as a STS but I've just got back from this week's WI and I've lost another 1.5lb ! :j Total now is 1st 3.5lb and I've hit my target of where I wanted to be at Xmas - still got one weigh in to go too so I might be able to sneak a bit more off so I can have a few treats over the holidays :D.

Day off tomorrow and need to do a food shop (hopefully last one before the biggie xmas shop) so I'm going to sit and mealplan for the next week and shop accordingly. Had pearl barley risotto with chicken and porcini tonight and it was yummy - very filling too !

Right off to find some recipes ........ keep up the good work everyone ! :T

Well Done you....I am finding the closer to Christmas the harder it is getting but I am determined to keep losing and to lose again over christmas

  • I had this for dinner today, my housemate made it.

I just worked it out as 11.5 points per recipe which serves 4.
It is really really tasty and filling with a portion of couscous. Highly recommended!

Hope you both like it =) they puff up alot but when they come out are all softer. I find 20 is enough but anymore and they burn. So be careful x

    Love it!

I love toasted marshmallows and that is a great way of having something that tastes like them for 1/2 a point, thanks!

Blown up pink and whites-Ill have to go find some to make up for my most recent sadness-I'm just getting done with the last of my christmas cake orders and I had some leftover batter, so I thought Id have a go at filling a ramekin to make myself a fruit cake so I dont miss out. If I cover even that tiny portion its going to work out to roughly 18 points  And my child is sat on the couch licking the bowls like he's never going to get fat. At least he reckons its "not bad" (says he who does not eat-ever-I think) so I know my customers will be happy. I really need to find something to nibble on whilst I work. Now that Im paying attention Im sure thats what got me this way to start.
