well today has gone well. I tried the ww sweet and sour sauce tonight with chicken and veggies and some rice, was yummy. Has weetabix for brekkie and a wrap and cup a soup for lunch..... Starving at the moment but its just the first few days getting used to it again

I too feel starving but gave in and had a big bowl of cocoa pops. I must regain control now otherwise I will have a gain this week. its so hard after a break! Any tips?

I feel like I'm never going to be full right now. I've already gone over my points by 4 - i'm finding it ridiculously difficult to stay on my 18 points a day now i'm back on WW after eating soooo much at xmas.

It doesn't help that the snow is stopping me getting to the shops, so we have nothing in the fridge, no fresh veg or 0/low point items. Driving myself MAD!

Yes same here, glad I am not the only one. Its soooo hard! After having soo much fun eating at x mas. I feel so hungry going back to ww ways.

    I'm watching you all ;) !!! lol

Motivational tips (used by me :D):

Find a picture of when you were at your slimmest and pop it on the fridge !
Find something to do with your hands - I eat because I'm bored so I go and do some cleaning/decluttering etc.
Go for a walk - a bit hard in this weather but if you can manage it then great, it will get you away from the fridge !
Think about the summer and how much better you will feel and look in your skimpy clothes/shorts.
Find a reason to lose weight (wedding/holiday/birthday celebration).
Set a small target, not a huge one - I've set myself a target to lose the 8lb I put on over xmas by the end of January. Not too out of reach but just enough to keep me on the straight and narrow.
Try some of the WW recipies (bit hard if you're running out of food with the snow like we are !) - lots of them feel 'naughty' to eat :D

If I think of any more I'll pop in xx

Doing well here, found my mojo again and the scales have dropped a little bit :T.

Come on ladies and gents - you CAN do this !!!!
    :jWeight loss to date 1st 11.5lb :j

I can honestly say, I've never felt hungry on weightwatchers - I'm on 20 points a day and I like to have a few over just in case, I usually use about 18 (and if it's less than this i'll treat myself to a horlicks at night!). There are so many snacks you can have which are low points (crackerbread, rice cakes, cream cheese, king prawns, crabsticks, fruit) or points free (carrots, cucumber) - make sure you have lots of these in the house for when you're feeling a bit peckish!

Well I've finally managed to get into work today so that should sort the 24/7 eating out for a bit - although I don't think it will be a full day here as we all must leave before the snow freezes or we'll be stuck at work!!

My overeating is not from hunger - I'm the same as fran, if I really think about it I'm not hungry when I doing my points - but I eat when I'm bored, or cold, or sad, or happy...you get the idea?? Lol..

Today I have a mullerlight choc sprinkles for brekkie and an Eat Smart Lasagne for lunch with a WW choc pud. Tonight I'm going to cook a big batch of prawn tikka masala (3 points plus 3 for rice) so I have lunch/dinner for the next few days.

I have shedloads of Uncle Bens tikka masala sauce (6 jars, each jar serves 4, 2 points per portion) due to a friend running a promotion for them and having loads leftover - well at least it wasn't wagon wheels this time!!

I'm feeling blobby and weak and pathetic - I need to get to the gym or do something!
Really should be doing some work...
