  • PS I love the stickers you get on the front of a card when you reach something....so far I have two silver 7's and a 5%. Next for me is the 10% sticker - I have another pound and a half to go to get it!!

    Cheeky heres an idea for your pebble...its what I have planned for mine when I get it (hows that for positive thinking ;)) Im going to use a little magnet and stick it on the flat side to make a fridge magnet. that way everytime I look at the fridge I'll remember it. The only sticker I have on my card is a red star with my 5% goal on it:(
    And Fran maybe you could pick up a few at Wilkinsons and do the same for yourself at home?

    My sister and I just got back from our second weightwatchers shop - and I tell you it takes aaaages and we come out with far too much!

    Found out that packets of French Fries (the Walkers crisps) are only 1 point - thought that crisps were going to have to go completely, but that's very reasonable. And they're much nicer than yucky WW 1pt cheese snacks. I don't eat crisps that often but it's nice to have the option!

    Anyone else got a favourite 1 point/2 point snack which might surprise me!?

    I must say that genuinely surprised me, I would never have put them on a par, points-wise, with those foul tasting cardboard discs!

    Skips & quavers are 1.5pts a bag (multipack)

    WW do quite a few different crisps - salt and vinegar hoops, cheesy nachos, wotsit type things - cheapest place to get is Poundland

    Boots shapers salt and vinegar chipsticks are 1.5pts and the onion rings are 1pt

    Pink and Whites, seem to be a big favourite 0.5pts each

    Thanks!

    Now, does anyone know the answer to this;

    One piece of WW bread (which is cheaper than normal bread and tastes alright to me) is 0.5points BUT 2 slices is, apparently, 1.5. HOW?!

    it will be 0.7 of a point which gets rounded to the nearest half point, which is 0.5, however two of them are 1.4 points, which gets rounded up to 1.5

    Their yoghurts are the same.

    Square crisps are 1.5 points, as are quavers, monstermunch, wotsits, skips.:j
    Meringue nests are usually only half a point, wonderfully sweet and crunchy yet they still look big!

    Butternut squash chips sprinkled with some pepper, chilli powder and paprika to make them look more exciting, add some mixed salad and one points worth of mayonnaise (light mayo, 2 level tbsp) and you've got a sit-down meal for one point.

    Add veg soup for starter, and some sugar free jelly for dessert and you've eaten like a princess for one point - of course you could do without the mayo, but it's just not the same.:o
