    So they round down? That's interesting... I would have thought that you would round up...

    Sounds nice, except for the mayo! Blergh! I have a butternut squash waiting for me to do something to it, perhaps I'll make chips tonight?

    Butternut squash chips? Educate me PLEASE!I love butternut but DF wont touch it (actually he wont touch most veg) so ww is a wonderful excuse for me. Ive spent most of the afternoon googling weight watchers plus blogs. Found some really good stuff-but Im stuck on one which seems to be EEENDLESS. Its amazing the recipes she has on there, although sadly only 13 0 points recipes. Shall I share? http://weight-watchers-points-recipes.blogspot.com/search/label/0%20Point%20Recipes
    Im munching on a bowl of air popped popcorn. According to the point tracker 1.5 points. I wonder why? DF put his hand in my bowl just now and I smacked it :eek: Ive been really good today. Already have supper cooked and tracked and I still have 1 point to save and sort out the other night...I dont want to share my popcorn-he can make his own...ooo, and I discovered I actually like black tea:D

    ETA: Just found the butternut squash chips in this weeks "your week"-Havent got any in but think I might have a bash with some carrot

    Thanks!

    Now, does anyone know the answer to this;

    One piece of WW bread (which is cheaper than normal bread and tastes alright to me) is 0.5points BUT 2 slices is, apparently, 1.5. HOW?!

    I dont know the answer to this but i cant believe they are 1.5 for 2 slices, ive been counting them as half a point each for 2 weeks :eek: o well from this week my lunches will be acouple more points, bummer!! lol

    I like options mint hot chocolate sachets when i fancy abit of choc as they are only 0.5 pts and they are quite yummy =D Asda do them for 5 for a £1 or sainsbury are selling them for 4 for a £1.
  • I know! Cheeky isn't it. I am still going to count it as 1 point for 2 slices because if i'm feeling naughty I leave the crusts ;)

    its only if you are doing WW online that 2 slices are 1.5pts - for people who attend meetings the bread is worked out at 0.5pts per slice, as it would be too hard to keep track of minute changes in value, if your not using a computerised version

    however even online it depends on how you enter it into your tracker. as over the course of a day you could eat 3 slices, but depending on whether you have them all in one meal, which equates to 2pts, or if you have one slice for breakfast, lunch, tea, it only works out at 1.5pts, you can still work the figures to your advantage

    focus i have done mine at home and if i lose another pound that makes a stone in eight weeks so it can be done without spending to go to meetings. They say if you lose it slowly it is easier to keep off. fingers crossed

  • Just thought I'd pop my head in here and give a little wave. I need some jeeing up at the moment with my weight watching - seem to have plateud (sp??) and am getting annoyed with myself - pfft!

    At my heaviest I was 15st 13lb - I now weigh 12st 2lb. :)

    I'm sticking it out at home without the WW meetings/weigh ins, purely because I just can't afford it. Paying almost £6 a week to get weighed and get a little moral support makes me want to reach for the biscuit tin tbh. :/
