Morning everyone
Started today off on the right foot I think. Had a bowl of Asda Vitality with red berries, milk, a banana and a cup of tea. Added it to my points tracker and got 5 points. Im savouring the tea because Im having it the way I normally do-milk and three sugars(I have a sweet tooth) but I thought for a while, Ill just have it the same as usual, just drink less cups-and cut down the sugar later. That should be okay right?
I was thinking of my water intake too-I never take water out with me, because every water bottle I buy seems to leak from the lid. Anyone have an extra fab water bottle that they just cant live without?0 -

Do you like sweeteners? Would be a way of reducing the points value and calories but wouldn't be a way of getting off the sweet taste... Tradeoff I guess!
I am going back to my usual weigh in tonight, not sure what to expect after putting on last week; was a bit baffled but have been good this weekend, we shall see!God is good, all the time

I bought some candarel-tabs and granulated, so we'll see how that goes. Just had a bizarre text sent to the home phone, couldnt catch the number it came from but all it said was "please phone me, we need to talk" very weird.0

Its quite cold here and am having chicken tikka salad (homemade) for my tea yum yum. Should be up to about 15 today (depending if I have a drink or not, not quite decided yet).

Went away over the weekend and was doing really well (saving points and everything...) UNTIL Sunday night i ordered jacket potato with beans in the pub and after 25 loooong minutes the guy bought a jacket with cheese and beans - was far FAR too hungry after the wait (we'd been walking non-stop ALL day) to send it back and wait another 25 minutes but I wish I had - I hadn't calculated for the cheese at all and ended up going over during my first week. Bah! Stupid pub.0
