Hi all, keep up the sticking to points, eat but don't cheat
Right now I feel full, my stomach inside has definitely shrunk!
This weekend I haven't had no where near my 2 litres of water a day, I struggle with that at weekends. Or my 5 a day. But I have stuck to points again! Getting in to the swing of it now, and feel focused. Friday I have a work meal out at Cosmo though, so dreading that a bit point wise with the food. Will try and save some points this week for it. Just want to keep my losses up each week.
Today I have eaten the following:
x3 crumpets (addicted they are so filling!) with a tiny amount of flora = 4.5p
Asda curry meal = 6p
Two skinless and boneless haddocks = 2p
Steamed veg = 1p
Small bit of french bread (shouldn't have had this really) guessing = 1p? But probably more, but I did a lot of walking yesterday so think it will be okay.
Fab lolly = 1.5p
Mini milks x2 = 1p
Small choc twister =1p
= 18p0 -
Evening All
I have had Filliet steak and veg for my tea and it was yum! Now according to the book you get in your start pack thingy. Fillirt Steak 200g uncooked is 5.5pts, which i was quite prepared to use for a nice steak, well I weighed my steak just to be sure I was ok and well it was on 131g, so it got me thinking, should I use the pts in the book or should I use the calculator thing also in the pack, where you get the cals and sat fat and work it out that way and giving a little bit of an allowance I got it to be 3.5pts, so do i use the 5.5 or do I use the 3.5. So total for today would either be 15 or 13.5. I not fussed by either if i count 13.5 I can have gin lol if i count 15 i can't as I really need to save points due to my curry yesterday.
Just incase anyone wants to know the Kcal per 100g for the filliet steak was 155 and the sat fats 3.5g
Cheers

I would use the calculator as it weighed less than the one in the book which is why it was less points!! Go have that gin!!0

Morning All
My weekend has gone fairly well, still got points to save though before my weigh in. I do find weekends harder also as its a time for chilling out and relax and well dietings not the easiest. Plus I find it easier in the week as I don't always have to include my other half in menu options I can just have what I like, which will probably be a WW meal/pizza, which is so much easier to count.1vs 100 £505500/335.25 (5.5K COMING DOWN)20.00/10,000(10K GOING UP)Not long now0
