Thank you:) My nearest class is about a block away from DS nursery and meets at 10am (DS in nursery from 9H30-12H00) so I figured I could drop him off (we walk to school) and then I could walk from there. I thought Id buy a monthly pass-and want to do it now so its done, but should I go to a meeting first? I just dont want to give myself an out because I KNOW I need this.
  • I would just buy the monthly pass now and then go to the class, then you get access to all the online stuff now, and you can start reading etc, alternatively you can sign up for monthly pass at the meeting

  • Im thinking maybe the mushroom, sweet potato and spinach stroganoff but would have no idea how to point it :-( or the chicken salad but without the dressing and peppers

I love the chicken salad without the dressing and peppers option.

Sounds good to go by me.

I do rely on loads of water to handle my cravings. It purifies my body and gets me going for a few hours. Seen several articles on Water and i eventually researched it and put one together on Weight Loss site
