    welcome focus it is a good thread. especially if your having a wobble, which i am sure you won't ;) i am also doing ww at home and i weigh myself each week at the same time dressed the same way, very difficult not to have a sneaky peak but as you say it is very easy to become obsessed with the numbers

  • It is so easy to take a sneaky peak. Last time I dieted badly I was constantly weighing. This time Im weighing once a week but once at home in the morning and once at class!!

    Yey!! I lost two pound this week. I have now lost ONE STONE!! Woo hoo.

    Thanks, I treated myself to a packet of tooty frooties lol!! 3 pts, am saving some points again as out with work tomorrow night. Its wierd how pointing can completly change your life, I have eaten loads today plus sweets and still under for the day!!

    B - Porridge with skimed milk (2.5pts)
    S - Pink & White (0.5pts)
    L - 8 Crackers (3 pts)
    D - x2 little chicken Burgers with Rice, carrots and mushrooms (8.5pts)
    S - Tooty Frooties (3pts)

    Thats really good well done. Think Im still going to have to track even once I reach my target!! Anyone know why my tracker on the ww website keeps telling me to stop losing as Im maintaining! Im definately not meant to be maintaining.
