I'm having a bad couple of day's keep picking at stuff. had some terrible news yesterday about a friend dying and am really down so i think that's why, it takes effort to think about what not to eat and i just don't seem to have the will power, i know it will pass, and in the great scheme of things it seems so superficial to be thinking about my figure

Week two of now taking diet serious, lost 1.5 pounds!

    Total loss 6.5 pounds
Still to loose to finished goal 24.5 pounds (1 stone 10.5 pounds)

    Starting weight 12 stone 3lbs, goal 10 stone. (height 5ft 6)

Currently weight 11 stone 10.5 pounds.

    5% weight loss = 11 stone 8lbs (2.5 pounds to go)

Well done, your doing well!! This is my week 7 tonight, let you know how I get on later. Had a sneak on my scales this morning and I was happy with what they say so fingers crossed the weight watcher ones agree
  • Do people find that haivng a morning or evening weigh in makes a difference?
I missed my evening one on Monday night and want to pop in on Friday but I wonder if that will have an impact if I go back to Monday evening again? :)

Welcome Focus! Im doing the WW diet at home on my own too cant afford the classes atm! This thread is really good to share your ups and downs, share tips and to support eachother too :) Good luck! x
  • I always weigh at the same time each week, although I have a sneak on my scales that morning! You do vary in weight throughout the week and even each day so it really is best to always weigh at the same time on the same day!!
