Hi everyone
Cheeky, I'm at a loss as to where I've saved the list. I'm wondering whether DH has deleted it when he's cleared things up on here ..... not impressed if he has :mad: ! Grrrrr. If I find it, i'll let you know !
Getting weighed shortly but don't think I've done very well as this week has been an 'eat up out of the freezer so that we can defrost it'! It's also my 'funny' week so am banking on putting on a lb or two (boooooooo). Will sit down and mealplan tomorrow so that I can get back on track and make sure everything I eat/cook is WW (which I can now do because all the freezer stores have been eaten) :rolleyes:.
Will check in later and let you all know how I did.
Puddings I hope all is ok with you. Sometimes things happen and we have to put aside other things for a while. Wishing you all the best and hope to have you back here soon xxxx
Jansus a lb is a lb ! And you're 4lb lighter than you were. Losing it slowly is the best way to go - you won't put it back on so quick, trust me I'm an expert at diets ! lol

I'm finding it so hard this week! I do actually have to keep talking to myself and telling myself and reassuring myself that I can do it! Ive already pigged out all weekend - my first since I started in Auguest! Not even going to weigh in this week I know I'll be dissapointed. Im back on the wagon though and working extra hard to make up for it this week! Hope I can do it! x0

Does anyone know what the points equal to calorie wise. I was getting confuddled earlier, how many calories are we actually eating or does it vary with the saturated sats thing! Just wondering0 -
Yay ! I lost 1 1/2 lb ...... totally shocked as I was convinced I'd put on. I feel a bit bloated but I must be doing something right !
Melissa, have to agree with cheeky, sometimes you will need a treat and fall off the wagon, it's the getting back on it that's the important thing ! Anything in particular that triggered it? I know I tend to overeat just before my TOTM but have just accepted it and try to do extra exercise to make up for it.

I'm pleased that I stayed on track the weekend just gone, as they are sometimes hard for me.
Today I have eaten the following:
Skimmed milk 0.1% fat = 3p
Cherios = 1.5p
Apple = 0.5p
Orange Juice = 1p
Squares walkers crisps = 1.5p
Weight Watchers Tomato soup = 1p
crumpets x2 = 2p
Low fat tiny amount of butter = 1p
Weight Watchers chicken and potatoe wedges packet meal = 4p
Weight Watchers cornetto = 2.5p
*Bit of a naughty, didn't like some of the courgettes and sauce with above packet meal so had about 7 chips and a tiny bit of fresh chicken. Saying only 1p.

I'm not sure whats triggered the chocolate craving I think it might be the cold weather and Christmas chocolate thats about everywhere I look, plus Ive been pretty down lately too and that makes me eat! Its torture!Not doing too bad though today I seem to have gained some willpower from somewhere! x

I'm surprised by seeing my weigh today and I've lost 4 lbs!!!! Getting up an hour early every morning to do exercise is definatley paying off!0
