  • Well I am really annoyed this morning!! My scales on my sneaky weigh in before tonight say Ive stayed the same. Im not happy as have been good this week and stuck to my points!!!!
  • Asda have a really good range of WW desserts, but I find when I buy them in, I end up eating 2-3 in one go! Now Im only going to buy them when I PLAN to treat myself! They are good though! x

    Well done Vikki - that's great !

Cheeky, are your scales 100% accurate? Mine are completely wrong (which is a good thing really otherwise I'd be on them every day !)

I'm a make-at-home dessert kinda gal (rhubarb crumble etc) so tend not to buy the ready made ones, which again is a good thing because I'd probably be like you Melissa and eat them all in one go ! lol

Right, back to work (am at work shhhhhhhhh !) just popped on to catch up with you all xx
    :jWeight loss to date 1st 11.5lb :j
  • Nope not accurate, but I normally weigh about 3 pounds more at class than i do at home. Still the first week I weighed exactly the same at home as I did at class so guess I never know. Still highly annoying. Guess I shouldnt really weigh at home at all but I cant help it.

P.S I dont eat tea before wi, however think aslong as you dont what you always do youll be fine

I think that is a true reflection of most of us. I am like that with the mini packs of butterkist popcorn, no way I could eat one and then stop so I can't buy them now! Or you have to find a friend or family member to ration them to you. My routine now is to buy a box of rich toffee bars, one for each work day of the week and 2 packs of fruities, one for 4 out of the 5 days at work to have on the way home. Seems like a lot of money for a little pack of sweets but they are really good and chewy enough to last a while!

  • Ok this might be a bit too much information being requested but do the Fruities not give you a funny tum eating a whole pack, Ive never brought them as was worried that would happen. Might buy some tonight if they are ok
  • I just know that once I have somthing naughty, I HAVE to have more and cant stop until I feel sick and depressed with myself, so best to steer clear of ANYTHING chocolate/cake/icecream!

Not that I have noticed! I think eating plenty of veggies whilst on ww is what is keeping me regular, no noticeable difference with the fruities :)

    Lunch:

    Bacon skips 1.5p
ww chicken, potato and leek soup 1p
    orange juice 1p
    small apple 0.5p

    Dinner:

Sweet and sour ww meal 4.5p
    small piece of haddock 1.5p
    mixed veg 1p
