Havent posted on here for a bit, been on holiday for last few weeks and going back to ww tonight. Really looking forward to it, got all my low fat food in and now am going to loose this weight! Good luck all!
  • Not been posting my food as not been tracking, away for a few days but will start again when I get back, hope everyone else is doing better:D
  • Yey I lost three and a half pounds this week, although I suspect some of that may be due to Mondays stomach bug. But yey Im pleased.
  • Wow cheeky, that is a great loss. Though I don't suggest we all go out and get a bug to get off a few extra pounds!
I took another og my colleagues along on Monday so there are now 3 of us sharing our tips and goodies when we find them :) I have butternut squash soup for lunch this week, really yummy!

hello ladies - weigh in for me in the morning!

not expecting much as its been a super stressful week at work and home and so I have over-indulged with a bit of comfort food! Have resisted the office biscuit tin for 6 weeks then it went to pot this week!
So will see what the damage is tomorrow or if its a STS week and make a resolution to get organised at the supermarket and to do better next week. The biggest stress (whether I could have time off work to visit sister & new baby in australia) is finished (I'm going in April - yipee!) so wont be driven to biscuits next week!!

well done to all the losers and good luck for the weekend x
