Oh god, I'm going to a bums and tums class tonight with the girl's from work (who I've persuaded to all join WW). I think I may collapse in a heap tonight though - haven't made it to the gym all week and been in bed by 8...ah well maybe I can sweat out the cold!! Whoop whoop! <ah choooooo>Really should be doing some work...0

ham sandwhich
salad low fat coleslaw and river cobbler (lovely fish very lightly breadcrumbed a big piece only 3 and a half point's)
2 ww biscuit's
and i still have 5 point's left so may have a moose later or something i find i need something about 8 ishITV comp winner no 410 -

B:Oats and Banana 3 1/2
L:2 slices ww bread, laughing cow light cheese and a tomato 2 1/2
D:Pork casserole and Veg 7
Snacks:
Ryvita Minis 1
2x pink n whites 1
ww bar 1 1/2
sugar free jelly 0
apple 1/2
So that leaves me with 1 point left for tonight:rolleyes:
Managed to put my gym clothes on today but didn't go to the gym lol maybe tomorrow:D0 -

how many points are in a freddo?
i didn't managae brekkie yesterday but was quite good later on:
coffee & pink&white
heinz veg soup (no bread!)
3 mr kipling delighfuls! tea
dinner was 2 sweet potatoes cut into wedges & roasted
options hot choc & 1 mr kipling bar
out for dinner 2nite so will look for a salad! already had my tea & 1 weetabix this morning! 4 weeks 2day until hols!!!!:T0 -

2 points hurrah! I love them. And the caramel ones which I love even more are 2.5 I think..
So, I only went to the class cos I'd paid for it - such a mse - and it was HARD. I'm flipping shattered today and my buns? They don't feel like steel..

I have been ok ish so far today, and even avoided the temptation of a cornetto last night, look at the points then decided it wasnt worth it yey for me lol....
Am going to fireworks tomorrow though that have a hog roast...mmmm yum. So will be good during the day. Thats the plan anyway
