Do you think the activity points from beating up a Christmas Cake mixture offset the points from licking your fingers afterwards?

    Evening everyone

Had a fairly good weekend here, haven't been able to point as MIL and FIL down and I've been busy out and about, but I've been very good with my portion sizes :D We ate out on Sat and I had jacket spud with beans and the butter on the side :T. Had Salmon for dinner and did have toffee pecan roulade for dessert but I only had a small piece.

Today was roast dinner and I'm not sure about tea as I'm not very hungry . Portion-wise I had 2 roast potatoes, small amount of pork, loads of veg, 2 small yorkshires and gravy. No dessert.

Had to giggle at jessicamb's post ..... I think you could get away with it if you beat the mix really fast/hard and did a dance while you mixed it :p.

Great news about the 5% fran-o - I'm hoping to hit mine tomorrow evening (WI).

Puddings I know how you're feeling, I've had some funny virus for over 4 weeks now (been tested for glandular fever amongst other things) but I'm still not 100%. Have good days and bad days (this weekend has been good thank god !) but it's the chronic tiredness and lack of energy that is really getting me down. It hits me like a ton of bricks when I least expect it and I'm rendered useless for a couple of days. I'm usually really active but this has knocked me down a peg or two :(. Still, it's not affected my appetite :rotfl: or my sense of humour lol :p :rotfl:.

Right off to get kids some tea ...... hope everyone has a nice restful Sunday evening (I know I'm going to ! :D)

  • Hello, just found this thread. Got a weigh in tomorrow. Had a reasonably good week but ate 10 custard creams on Tuesday and 4 tonight plus 5 squares of chocolate on top of my points. My body defies all science, sometimes I lose when I shouldn't and then other weeks when I am really, really good I don't. I am close to giving up.

    Morning everyone.

Another 1lb lost last night bringing total to 12 in 8 weeks (slow going but happy with that).

Mis-spent how are you feeling today? Don't worry about what you've eaten in the past, take one day at a time and try to keep the willpower up ! Let us know how you're doing xx

Cheeky I wouldn't worry too much if you were ill, just start again if you're feeling better today. Your body will adjust as it sees fit :D. Hope you're feeling well again soon xx

    Today's menu:

Porridge with banana & tsp honey (4)
Chicken and Rice Salad, Apple and WW yoghurt (6)
Chilli Con Carne with rice (8) Sugar free jelly (0)
Snacks: Pink n White (1/2), Date & Walnut Slice (1)
    Milk (2)

    Total for today 21 1/2.

Does leave me a few points for 'emergencies' :rotfl:

Hope everyone has a good day, off to do the school run now (think I need my raincoat ).
