Right I'm thoroughly confused! How many points are pink and whites? I worked them out as one point each last night! But on here some say half and now two is one and a half? I'm so confused! I ate three in the end yesterday oooopps! What do I count that as? 3 points0 -
Ok I have entered all data into the ww website
One Pink & White - 1/2 a point
Two Pink & Whites - 1 and a 1/2 points
Three Pink & Whites - 2 points
Have ammended my day for yesterday, luckily I didnt eat one of my pitta breads so I had a spare 1 and a half so it was still ok, did have a mouthfull of my other halfs kebab meat and chips so counted half a point for that so my total was still 16...
I was so restrained as his kebab smelt so yummy and I could have so easily eaten it.0 -

Just to say I am proper pleased with myself as I hit my first target this morning, lost a few more pounds to hit 5% loss overall. Went to see Nurse this week and she was encouraging me to lose the weight so that will help me keep going.
My next goal is to hit 12stone (I am 5'7 so aiming for around 11stone by next Summer which will make me a size 14 - if I can go a bit lower I will, but I am a curvy girl and haven't been a size 12 since I was about 13 years old, so right now its hard to imagine!)

Re the pink n white thing and points - sometimes i hate the whole rounding up/down thing (but only when it doesn't work to our advantage of course)
Well I am still SICK!! This is ridiculous!! I never get colds - as my nanna reminded me when I phoned for some sympathy - yes, thanks nanna it seems I do now!! I have vimto, medicine, my laptop, dvd's, a good thriller and some jelly babiesdon't think I'll need to get out of this bed anytime soon!!! Its been a week now and I think the cough I have now developed will eventually turn me inside out - well won't THAT be a new look! lol and I was supposed to be going out for a birthay bash but granny and nanna have told me in no uncertain terms not to be so stupid
Therefore, I did not make WI this morning so can't update my santa slim. Oh but I will post new results at some point this evening...after I've done some 'window shopping' online.

it also depends on how you enter it on your tracker too - if you list it as 3 in one go, its 2pts, but if you log it as one for lunch, one for dinner and one as a snack, then it works out at only 1.5pts
ok, theres only half a point in it, but thats the difference between having a 4th P&W or going hungry lol

Hi all......I have finally pulled myself together and signed up for Monthly Pass.
I did WW last year and lost 11/2 stone but have put at 1 stone of that back on. After moaning for ages I have decided that is it I am going to do it.
What spurred me on even more today is realising on the 'advised weight chart' thing that I was in fact only 1 stone off the highest weight for my height so why didn't I keep up with it!!
Only 6 months ago I was a real gym bunny and had got really fit having been to the gym for over a year and managed to run the race for life. Now I am like a blob and IT HAS TO STOP!!!!
First weigh in tomorrow evening.0 -
Do you think the activity points from beating up a Christmas Cake mixture offset the points from licking your fingers afterwards?
