    not turning out to be a great week here - been out and eaten loads of rubbish really. Be lucky to STS. Never mind try and keep active and limit the damage today and tomorrow. Saying that could kill for a bacon sandwich!
    The early bird gets the worm but the second mouse gets the cheese :cool:

    oh dear, am a pound up this week...!
    So here is my new week resolution to have a much better week! I promise to take home-made lunches to work next week with lots of salad and just say no to the office chocolate. And no wine at the party tonight - I find wine my downfall, as not only does wine add extra points but it gives me the munchies! Good luck everyone!

    I have a bacon sandwih most mornings..2 slices WW bread (1 or 2 depending on which thickness I got) 2 bacon medallions (1) lots of grilled mushrooms and tomatoes (0) and a little low fat spread (0.5) Yum and all for a max of 4 points!!!

    Welcome newbie to our band of merry watchers of weight :j

    I now have 3 of us on WW in the office so it's getting a bit easier (and competitive) and we're all going to a legs, bums and tums class next Thursday evening :rotfl:

    I am treating myself to my big tasty tonight so there :p

    Thinking of starting on the points again Monday. Want to loose a stone by xmas, do you think it is posible? Im allowed 20 points aday.

    I have stuggled to get below my current weight. I exercise 5 times a week, but never see any results on the scales. Gets very frustrating so give up on the food!

    hi don't give up the food, the excercise is probably toning you up but it doesn't make you lose weight. if you do it in conjuction with the points you will do really well, i have been on ww for three weeks and have lost 8 pounds so in theory i could loose a stone in five or six weeks, but i find i hit a wall about three or four weeks in, the trick is to keep going, and of course we all have times when we have a treat, and that doesn't help good luck and well done on the excercise routine

  • Thanks Jansus, I really enjoy the exercise, I do a mixture of Swimming, Gym, and Exercise Classes. Just really need to stick to these points! I cant afford to go to the classes but have all the info from a friend, so i have to motivate my self and sometimes that ends in eating chocolate!!

    So Monday it is!! Gives me just over 7 weeks. I am going to do it this time!!!

    Well I have sat on my bum ALL DAY and been a tad bored and lonely but I haven't stuffed my face like a usually would - woohoo small victory!!

    Off to make up tomorrows food - not sure what to have for breakfast but gonna be chilli and WW tortillas for lunch I think.

    Think I might have a hot choc...
    Really should be doing some work...
