Well WI went ok! I got on backwards so I still don't know what my wiehgt is (cos I can't remember) and my leader asked what I thought I'd put on and what I'd be happy with and she said seeing as you've only put 2lbs on I'm gonna tell you! So am quite pleased with that but am sure I can 'feel' more - clothes are all tight etc.

So anyway, hour at the gym on Saturday and Sunday but I did have a rather large slice of cheesecake after my Sunday roast so will be going for a workout after work to claw that back!

Made a massive chilli with quorn mince (3.5) and a chicken casserole (5.5)so have my own 'ready meals' for this week. Have no bad stuff in the house at all so I'm aimiong for a good loss this Saturday!

Well done on the losses and the sts too!

Oh and McDonalds have brought back the 'Big Tasty' which is about the only thing I like there and I've been thinking about it...I'm told its 1800 calories!!! And thats without the fries and milkshake  Must stay away...

The other thing I'm trying to find is smoothie ice lollies - Del Monte did them over sumer but I can't find them now and I can't find the WW version either but they are yum and only 1 point and I WANT THEM.

B - English muffin and light Lurpak (3.5)
    S - Options Hot choc (0.5)
    L - Chilli and ww cheese tortillas (4.5) pink n white (0.5)
    S - Apple (0.5)
D - Chicken Casserole (5.5) OR fishfingers and BNS chips and veg (3) and WW iced dessert (1.5)

Sorry, just listing so I know what I'm doing today!
Really should be doing some work...

I have had a particulary bad week so far, weigh in day on Wednesday. Its no excuse but I have had a cough and had people staying this weekend so have kind of gone off the rails. I have done some swimming though so fingers crossed that will have helped. And am being good now till Wednesday, not sure how well that will go tomorrow as its my birthday.

Got a question though, how long will sugar free jelly be ok in the fridge. Got some in there I made on Thursday I think it was and fancy some now...

My jelly lasts about a week - I eat it till I see mould! So about 5-7 days I reckon.

    Have a great birthday!! :D

I've been trying to find their pedometer to buy. I've looked on the website and in the WW magazine but I can't find one to buy anywhere. If anyone could help me, it would be great!! :cheesy:

Have only seen them at my meeting, if you don't go to a meeting you can always pop into a local one and buy stuff I've been told if you're an online member instead. Or maybe ebay?

-2lbs here, was hoping to get back to the midweek -3 but this I'll take two :)

    Stop peeking mid-week :p

So far so good...did not stuff myself too much with buffet food at the 'working lunch' I've just got back from. I did have a penguin though and mmmm it was good, need to find points for that.

Am having chicken with WW mushroom sauce tonight served with rice and Morrisons Eat Smart mini garlic bread. Hurrah!
Really should be doing some work...

I have lost 3lbs this week! Very happy! Getting up an hour earlier to exercise must be paying off!! Just been on the Asda website, and the chilled WW ready meals were on 2 for £3, and just noticed that they aren't on offer anymore :-( They were v tasty too what a bummer!! x

hi, hope im posting in right place

weighed myself today and nearly 2stone over weight, had my 2nd baby 6week ago.

Fancy trying weightwatchers but never tried b4.
Although i hve local classes its difficuot to get babysitter as at awquard times.

I looked online but its £40 for 3months and im skint atm its because theres 29.95 registration fee for online plan yet registration for classes is free.
a freind mentioned monthly pass of 17quid but cant find it on websit also think you get extra 10points for breastfeeding.

I like some of weightwatchers frozen range not keen on rest and try cool family meals from scratch/

whats cheapest way to get started?

as no sure what my allowance would be or how to work out points.

i know u can get some free recipies from their website its working out everday things im stuck with like bowl cereal, toast, sandwich, peice of fruit ect and what kind of things on treat list?
As been told alchol and chocolate allowed.

any money saving ww advice welcome as few said you managed to do at home but guessing you had books to hnd from before to help.

    Hi there

Just wanted to say congratulations on the baby.

I wouldnt worry about finding a babysitter, my friend is in the exact same position as you and just brought her baby along with her...it wasnt a problem and no one minded at all.

I do the monthly pass...I believe you can either pay at the class or online. They then send you a pass each month and you take it to the class with you.

Everything is allowed on ww you just have to build it into your daily allowance. Also you are correct you do get an extra 10 points for breast feeding, 5 if you are doing some breast and some solids.
