it was a stay-the-same weigh in for me yesterday, but not a surprise as I had been a bit naughty last weekend drinking! Went out for dinner and drinks yesterday but managed to only go one point over for the day - made sure I had a light lunch and then showed a bit of self control in the evening by choosing a melon starter and salmon main (and no pud!). Hope I can keep it up this week and see a drop on the scales next saturday.

well done Fran-O on the STS. I was hoping for a 3lb loss this week but pizza hut Friday and pizza hut leftover Saturday might put a halt on that. Didnt go mad on the portion sizes (less than one medium sized pizza in total) so hopefully that limited the damage. Might have to break out an exercise video and get some activity points in if I ever get the housework finished. A couple of really good weeks and I can get to my first 5% target so fingers crossed.

  • i've been so good all week, but my scales were showing mid week that i lost 2lb, now today its showing that i've put the 2lb back on!!! I know i shouldn't weight at home but i can't help it! Dreading the weight in tomorrow, but i have not gone over my points all week. Maybe its just that time of the month???

Good luck to everybody who weights in tomorrow!;)

  • Hi everyone,

I've been going to Weight Watchers for 3 months now and I've been trying to find their pedometer to buy. I've looked on the website and in the WW magazine but I can't find one to buy anywhere. If anyone could help me, it would be great!! :cheesy:

    Thanks,
