well done melissa! it really is true about excercise and good eating making the weight fall off! - Its taken a long time for me to finally get my head round making excercise part of my life - forever and not just while trying to lose weight0

congrats to everyone on your weight loss is it the thought of those christmas dresses that's making everyone good
i just bought some jeans that were a tad tight but the size up was too loose so that's my incentive i reckon in a few weeks they will fit ok

Lol, for me its the thought of seeing all the family at christmas who I havent seen since I was smalller - the thought feels me with dread. I have been trying to get back on it for so long but once I made the conscitous effort to go to the class two weeks ago I have been doing ok since then, really worried about my weigh in tomorrow though. Have swum for an hour yesterday and half an hour today and done half an hour on my stepper today to, I made the decision yesterday to get back to the gym/pool as I love it when Im there!
Does anyone else do what I do? I weigh in the morning on weigh day and keep track of that and then weigh in the night at my class and keep track of that...0 -
I weigh in first thing in the morning - its the lightest point of the day and I hope its consistent. Another 1lb off for me this weekThe early bird gets the worm but the second mouse gets the cheese :cool:0

i weigh in once a week in the morning, very tempting to jump on the scales every time i visit the bathroom but i resist the temptation.cheeky 841 families can be a nightmare i remember years ago my auntie that i hadn't seen for a while looked at me and said straight to my face you've got fat! i was very upset but i soon started my diet, she probably did me a favour in the long run. i'm sure you won't get a response like that, bet you have done really well. well done jessiecamb on your weight lossITV comp winner no 410

I am very good and only get on the scales once a week, just happens to be once at home and once at class. If my class was in the morning I would only weigh once. Typical - its my birthday next tuesday - the day before weigh day :-( Not going to be able to have a meal out so close to weigh in day0

Dude, it's your birthday, go out, enjoy yourself. Losing weight is not the be all and end all, noone looks back on their death bed and wishes they had missed a birthday party so they could lose 1/2 a pound. Have fun with your friends and family, miss your weigh in and go the week afterGod is good, all the time
Do something that scares you every day
