Thanks Flea, I did it after the first week, have measured myself again now it's two weeks on, tbh I think I should have done it first thing in the morning, my waist's got bigger.
I've got it now,at last, it doesn't seem very obvious, I need to look at my weight chart then click on the tab that sets it to table view, then when I mouse over empty boxes it lets me add them one by one.
There might be an easier way to update it, but I've not found it yet.Member of the first Mortgage Free in 3 challenge, no.19

Got my first silver seven this morning! :j Its a total of 8lbs I've lost over 3 weeks so I'm hoping I'll be at my first goal (losing 5%) in the next week or two. Am not sticking to the points strictly day by day, but find it evens out weekly with some over and some under and (hooray!) its working. I expect the next half stone to be harder (and the ones after that!), but I'll get there in the end! Good luck ladies and have a lovely weekend xfran-o0

Afternoon all.
Apologies I'm in a real 'wallowing in my own self pity' mood today - luckily there is no chocolate in the house so I should be ok!
Didn't go to WI this morning either - couldn't face anything else to add to my misery  I did however pound out some misery on the treadmill for half hour earlier so if I indulge in a big fat whittards white hot choc later I wont feel too guilty.
Hi NBirdy and Ailuro2 - I lurk on your thread too
Well done on the weightlosses guys - I'll update santa slim sometime this weekend...

Good job everyone!
I was really buoyed up by last week, I would like to lose another half a pound this week; I am starting to see the difference in my clothes but not quite like a clothes size yet.
Keep up the good work everyone!God is good, all the time

hi everyone thought it might be tough today because i like to go out at the weekend and we usually end up having some lunch somewhere, not fair if i say no because i'm on a diet, but i had a very nice bowl of mixed salad and pasta with low fat dressing and i actually enjoyed it, i would probably have had a cheese toastie and chips washed down with a latte, mind over matter
my first week so i am being extra good my first weigh in on monday fingers crossed i do ok it's not for the want of trying. well done to everyone who has lost this week

Well done Jansus, that was great, I think it becomes a habit to make the sensible choices after a while with a few treats along the way. I seem to have re-educated my brain so that treats are now every now and again. I also have some little tricks like having a sugar free jelly when I am really hungry for something sweet and I always have a snack at work at 3:30, normally a rich toffee bar but also maybe a pink'n'white if I am pushedGod is good, all the time
