hi have to agree with the others melissa, you will naturally put on weight when you start eating normally when you reach your target weight, think the idea is to get a new diet for life eating well and learning to limit the goodies,it's all too easy to get caught up in the amount of pounds you loose, you should be happy to loose two pounds per week and if that disappoints you it's a worry, don't want to sound negative just please be carefulITV comp winner no 410

Hi again all! Supposed to be doing work but this forums sooo addictive!! Hehe :-) Thanks for the advice and I realise now that my body is storing the fat after my weigh in this week so I will wait and see what I lose next week and then fingers crossed I will be down to 9 stone and I have promised myself to eat more - such as soup or salad for lunch as long as Im doing the exercise in the morning!0

Week 2 weigh in for me last night and I had gained 0.5lbs, which I am quite chuffed about, reason being I was running on empty the previous week hence losing 7lbs so I had expected maybe a couple of pounds gain this week so am pleased with only half a pound. I had a couple of days when I was wayyyyy over points too.Start Date: 27/11/2010

Can someone tell me when (and how it is added?) I should do my waist/chest etc. measurements when I'm using WW online - I have searched but can't find how to add details, I did my 3rd weigh in today and would like to compare my measurements.
p.s. I'm a visitor from the WW 3 month trial challenge thread.

its up to you how often you update your measurements, but most people either do monthly, or when they hit a target (like a silver 7, or a stone)
click on 'weight tracker' (lefthand side of screen under 'points tracker'). you then should be able to input all your measurements
as your are 3wks in, i would do it asap. i did mine, when i signed up, and although the weight loss has been negligible, the cms are def dropping
