i have my Wi at lunchtime so that will be my 4th week for santa slim.. not sure if im on track to make our goal but a loss is a loss and i will be grateful for that ..Those we love don't go away,They walk beside us every day,Unseen, unheard, but always near,
Still loved, still missed and very dear
Our thoughts are ever with you,Though you have passed away. And those who loved you dearly,
Are thinking of you today.0 -

So busy at work recently that I just haven't had time!
This week is going well for me but I won't get excited just yet.
I have a big hot bowl of really spicy chilli for lunch (made with quorn) and a bag of WW tortilla chips. YUM.
Gym again after work - gotta work out the stress that work has given me or a may punch someone :eek:Really should be doing some work...0 -

thanks for the welcome folks, i have just been to stock up on healthy food and i must say my trolley looked a lot more apealing than usual, loads of colour in there with the fresh fruit and veg as opposed to packaging of some sort, my problem is portion size i want to load up my plate, really have to stop thatITV comp winner no 410

Hmm, didn't go to the gym, I'm just not in the mood!
I am going to have WW tikka masala sauce and use BNS instead of chicken - does that sound wierd?Really should be doing some work...0 -
Right it's ready...here goes!Really should be doing some work...0

It was yum
and using BNS instead of chicken made my dinner only 5 points (I only had 7 left and 2 of those MUST be saved for pudding of jelly, lf ice cream and a dollop of strawberry sauce).
I know it's only just gone 8 but I think I'll get under my duvet with a good book where it's warm and cosy and I can forget how fed up I am with life in general...
I want to run away to warmer climes but I'm told it's not that easy
