Hello, my name is Puddings and I am a non stop eating MACHINE  ah well...
Shopaholic - please post your fist day menu and we'd all be happy to have a look and give you some suggestions, also let us know how many points you get per day.
I keep meaning to make a zero point curry, keep seeing it mentioned on the WW message boards so I might do it this weekend and have it ready to eat all week cos I will get back on track! I think I'd get some mixed mushrooms and have a mushroom curry I reckon. One of the boards mentioned a really simple one with mushrooms, tinned toms and curry powder....
There is now no more bad things in the house and I have brought the tablet into work to get rid of (god that was so hard to do cos I appear to be addicted to the stuff its sooooooo gooooooooood - I agree with all the ooo's Jocket!!)
I am going to up my exercise a tad too cos I'd love to be able to run properly. I managed 20 minutes non stop on the treadmill at the weekend at a jogging pace and I'm SO pleased with that...I might enter a marathon  lol!!Really should be doing some work...0 -
the point free version tastes like no other curry you have ever eaten (imagine tomatoes covered in dust)
for a nice proper curry, you need ghee and cream or coconut, which obviously doesnt fit into the WW ethos
the only nice curry you can get for a low point value, is a shop bought jar - WW own brand has the lowest pt value, but sainsbury's BGTY range, doesnt come in too far behind

Surely the WW one has to have actual ingredients in it and so you could make it yourself too... Maybe look at adding low fat greek yoghurt instead of cream, most traditional curries wouldn't have a creamy base. I like the idea of using a soup base like the butternut squash one and then adding other things to get your points, some tomatoes and other veg would be free and then you could add yoghurt, ground almonds, dessicated coconut, fresh mango... Curry paste is 0.5 per teaspoon so definitely within 'budget' for most meals. I also find that a little bit of spice helps things feel a lot more filling!God is good, all the time

hi guys, doing well on day 2
i have eaten 21 pts each day though when I should be on 19 but to be honest, I need to ease in gently and if I lose less weight this week I dont mind as I must have been eating about 100pts a day foer the last 6 months.
Does anyone not weigh themselves? i found in the past i lived and died by the scales, sooo many ups and downs literally that Im quite pleased they are broken now! Means I have no idea of loss and can only tell in my clothes which is all I am interested in. If I was size 12 fitted into my clothes and weighed 30 stone I wouldnt care about the weight in numbers if u get what I mean. Thinking of weighing myself monthly perhaps just to see how I go. Have rough idea of starting weight and need to lose about 18lb I think! although having a peep and seeing a loss used to cheer me up lol

Hey there!
I think the biggie is that you have very very few 'free' things in there, so, lunch, what about having a salady thing with the pitta, chopped cucumber, chopped tomato, onion, a little balsamic vinegar, some salad leaves... Or you could make some 'free' soup, roasted butternut squash and red pepper is really good and really easy. I have found a good 4pm snack is a tin of chopped tomatoes with a little dash of sweetener in heated in the microwave, mmmm. And with your jacket potato and fish fingers you could have some butternut squash chips (LOVE them, baked with frylight and chilli flakes) or some stir fried veggies like courgette, carrot, sugar snap peas etc.
Crunchy nut sounds like a lot of points for not much 'value', I think mixing in some oats with cereal tastes pretty good and is also much more filling.
Sugar free jelly is a great snack to keep you going, 0 points if you only have one
Pink'n'white wafers have become an office staple for me at only 1/2 a point
Raw carrots are really good for a snack to keep you going and are very portable
New fave, chopped apple and a tin of tuna with light salad cream makes a really good salad topper!
Hope some of those help, don't give in, you can do it!God is good, all the time
