Well I let Santa down and I let me down
:(:( I put 2lbs on.
I was talking to my leader about how I've basically been faffing about for about 3 months now and she's attempting to keep me on track and said when I reach the next stone bracket she wants to alk to me about being a leader...not sure what to make of that yet.
I also cant go to the meeting next week as I'm going wedding dress shopping with a mate nice and early (not a dress for me cos I can't find any poor sod who wants to walk down the aisle with me!)
Well done on some great losses peeps - I need inspiration it seems. Have worked out my food for the next week and will try to stick to it although my on/off OH's dad has just given me a tub of tablet which he made himself (its a scottish sweet - pure sugar and oh my god its sooooooo good) I'm going to have to take it into work I think or I'll eat the lot myself!

Good luck for getting on track puddings. You've stuck with it, which is great. When I go off, I go really off!
I'd help you get through the tablet, yum!Stay-at-home, attached Mummy to a 23lb 10oz, 11 month old baby boy.0 -

Hey all! Was dreading the weigh in as I had my 2 weeks in America eating everything but I stayed the same, won't look too good for the Santa Slim but better than the gain I was expecting, woohoo! I guess I did enough exercise and eat enough filling foods, it helps being there with my friend who is super healthy
My work colleague and I are on for being really good this week now, let's go for a pound by next monday eh? Slow and steady wins the race!God is good, all the time
Do something that scares you every day

Could you try a couple of days only eating the filling foods with the green diamond next to them? Or fill up on 0 point soup or curry or jelly? Are you drinking lots?
I'm always super hungry for 2-3 days but then it gets easier.Stay-at-home, attached Mummy to a 23lb 10oz, 11 month old baby boy.0 -

Enjoy delicious summery veg with this colourful curry. It's filling enough to enjoy on its own or try it with a jacket potato or rice for a hearty meal.
Ingredients
5 spray low-fat cooking spray
1 large onion(s), finely chopped
2 clove garlic, crushed
1 piece ginger, 2.5cm (1 inch) peeled and finely chopped
2 tablespoon curry powder, (or according to taste)
450 g butternut squash, peeled, deseeded and chopped
1 medium portion cauliflower, broken into florets
1 medium courgette, sliced
1 medium Pepper, red, deseeded and chopped
125 g green beans, sliced
800 g canned tomatoes, chopped
1 portion stock cube, made up to 450 ml (3/4 pint) as per packet instructions
2 tablespoon fresh coriander, a handful, including stalks, roughly chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt, to taste
1/2 teaspoon pepper, freshly ground, to taste
Instructions
Mist a large saucepan with spray cooking oil. Saut! onion, garlic and ginger until softened, but not browned, about 3-4 minutes. Add curry powder and stir well, then add all the vegetables, canned tomatoes, stock and most of the coriander. Heat until boiling. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 45 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
That is a summer vegetable one, other people just use things like onions, mushrooms, garlic, cooked leftover veg. Just stick any zero point veg in and see what it tastes like!Stay-at-home, attached Mummy to a 23lb 10oz, 11 month old baby boy.0
