Good luck everyone, tonight i lost 2lbs, total weight loss 6lbs. 1 stone 11 lbs to where I want to be, 10 stone. We can do it everyone! 12 weeks to the glow season!
  • shopaholic if you have a sweet tooth like me then i would suggest sugar free jelly (strawberrys my fave!) and meringue nests!

a store cupboard essential for me is ww tinned soup or cup a soups, as well as tinned pineapple rings! for those times when you just have to eat something!

we always have pasta/rice/cous cous so maybe you need these aswell. and sweet potato in the cupboard is a good one for me! so easy to cut into wedges and roast in the oven for 30mins or so

oh and the main other thing for me is salad stuff - so lettuce, red onion, peppers and beetroot are always in my fridge!

oh one more thing honestly lol!! if i need a chocolate fix i make myself a cup of options Belgian hot choc - i think it is only half a point per serving but it kinda kills 2 birds with 1 stone - helps choc craving & warms me up!

hope this helps and sorry for taking up so much room lol!!!:rotfl:
