I had fish and chips for tea last night, had enough points for it - 17 !!!

What is scarier is the tesco thin and crispy cheese pizza in the fridge that I didn't think would be too bad for points - a whopping 17 points for pizza - I used to have this for tea at least once a week before - no wonder I'm fat!!:o

  • good morning everyone! weighed myself first thing and was 130.9 so thats 0.8lbs since last week! i am sorry for random weight measurement but my scales wont go to stones & lbs - just llbs and i feel its better to keep mine in llbs to be more accurate!

after joining ww online on sat i feel a lot better prepared/motivated! i was very careful with points yesterday cuz i knew oh would want a dominos - i had 2 slices of pizza and a slice of garlic bread with 2 pints of water! it was hard to not lift any more pizza!!!

cant wait to *see* how everyone else gets on! x

    Just back from my WI and I lost 6 1/2 lb !!! :j :j :j

It is my first week though so I won't be losing that much next week. If I can do 1lb then I'll be happy.

Took my friend along so got a free cookbook and I signed up to the monthly plan so got a free starter pack as well. Going to spend the evening reading, digesting (not food ! :rotfl:) and making notes now I can get full online access.

Hope everyone else has had good WIs this week ! :T
