aaarrrggghhhh. 5or 6lbs on since I last posted (aaaages ago!).
I do have a holiday to thank for that.. in Vegas, where portion sizes are not really normal whatsoever.
I think my stomach has expanded. Plus, I weighed myself when I got home from the airport this morning; probably not the best time to weigh but I wanted to know the worst of it!
Back on WW with a venegance tomorrow, 1st 4lbs to go to my target! :-)
(did buy some size 12 trousers on holiday... in an American Gap store which has the US label 10. About the only time I'll ever be a size 10, but it felt nice)0 -

Well done on some more losses, and well done on your STS Bulchy.
We are off to the pub tonight, and if LO allows, I'll be eating there. Had a look, and the BBQ Pork is 17.5 points, and a BBQ Burger is 18 points, so it'll be one of those!
Today is Day 19 and every single day I've earnt 1 or 1.5 bonus points! Its really making a difference to my weight loss - usually I'd just lose 1lb a week. Two weigh ins and a total of 8.5lbs off!Stay-at-home, attached Mummy to a 23lb 10oz, 11 month old baby boy.0 -
hey all! lots of talking, i need to catch up.
long story short i've been doing ... ahem, not brilliantly... i started WW in august at 12st 6.5lbs and am currently weighing in at 12st 3.5lbs. ups and downs. back to work + some stress over a poorly friend = off the WW wagon!!
i've still been exercising more than i used to so i'm hopeful that now i'm getting back on the wagon i can have a good weight loss before christmas.
anyway enough about me! *toodles off to read the last few pages*0 -
hi folks
just a quick hello and a small success to report!
This has been my first WW week and I lost 3lbs! Am pleased with this, though found it hard sticking to the points this week as i am just learning what everything adds up to! But going to supermarket today and will add lots of low/no points items - a big bag of carrots so I can take carrot sticks to work everyday, low point hot chocolate, low-fat cooking spray, sugar-free jelly for an evening treat, fruit and veg.fran-o0 -
