I was size 12 fitted into my clothes and weighed 30 stone I wouldnt care about the weight in numbers if u get what I mean.
This is exactly how I think! My leader is pushing me for a goal weight and I'm like 'I don't care if I'm 84 stone as long as I can fit into my housemates jeans'!shopaholic232 wrote: »thanks guys for the replys, ok i will list the things i ate on my first day

Completely agree with Sian, you need more zero point stuff to bulk out your meals. I would have a big pile of carrots, broccoli and cauliflower with the spud and veg fingers. I LIVE on butternut squash chips! Pink n whites are an amazing snack (just intro'd a colleague to then today)
I'm on 19 points and here's todays' menu to give you an idea:
B: English muffin (2.5) 2 slices of bacon medallions (1) sliced tomatoes and mushrooms (0) all grilled and this see's me through till lunch!
S: Options hot choc (0.5)
L: Quorn chilli (3 - made with one of those packet sauces and baked beans cos I don't like kidney) with WW tortilla crisps (1) and a pink n white (0.5)
S: Kiwi (0.5) and apple (0.5)3 x fishfingers (2.5) big pile of veg and bns chips (0) followed by sugar free jelly (0) LF ice cream (1.5) and aquirt of raspbarry sauce (0.5)
Hmm...thats only 14 points so can have a hot choc (0.5) and a pick n white maybe before bed. Will be saving the rest cos I'm going to Pizza Express tomorrow with a voucher and the darn leggera range isn't included with it! Booo but I need to save the ££'s on this occasion more than the lb's.
Mmm this chilli is soooooooooo goooooooood and too hot to eat quickly which is also good!

Hello there weightwatching people of the internet...my first weigh in today was (wait for it) 7lbs off. It was funny watching the class leader's face do a double take at the scales, however I've had a really 'bad' week as my eldest lad got admitted to hospital with acute appendicitis at 1pm on Monday, and wasn't discharged til 1pm on Wednesday so I barely had anything to eat during those three days, so I have a feeling when I do it properly again this week, I will gain, so I am going to try and track everything religiously this week so I;m not beating myself up at next weigh in.
I didn't get a silver seven sticker either :-(Start Date: 27/11/2010
Padding: Day 42
Target £8000
Amount: £562.230 -

thanks ladies, am feeling inspired reading everyones stories on here. Saturday morning is my weigh in and this week I lost 1 lb! Am pleased with this as I was dreading the weigh in. So thats 4lbs in 2 weeks, but if I can carry on at 1lb a week i will be happy.
My main motivation for this (other than being more than 2 stone heavier now than I was when I finished college) is that me and my man got engaged end of August and I realised if I didn't do something about my weight soon I would be going through all our wedding photos to weed out the 'fat' ones. So we are looking at a wedding date of Jan 2011 and I would like to be feeling happier about my weight by next summer when it comes to choosing a dress!
I think I will be lurking on these boards for a while as I m doing WW online (cannot get to meetings) but miss swapping stories. Good luck everyone!fran-o0 -
puddings..
i lost another 1ib this week bringing my santa slim to 9ibs..
i nearly raided the fridge cupboards and anything else i could find.. had a blow with the other half and felt crap afterwards.. but in the end had some toast got the craving out my head and felt better..
no point making up with him later and then feeling crap about what ive eaten .
have a good weekend allThose we love don't go away,They walk beside us every day,Unseen, unheard, but always near,
Still loved, still missed and very dear
Our thoughts are ever with you,Though you have passed away. And those who loved you dearly,
Are thinking of you today.0 -
wi this week (Thurs ) only lost 0.5lb trying to stick to the plan like glue but find it hard .I start work early in the morning and if I dont have something to eat before I go to workI end up feeling sick then I feel I need something at breaktime - 5 hours later-- then have lunch when I go home so I feel I m eating too much .Got a lovely silk dress which I wanted to wear last christmas but couldnt get the zip done up to the top and at this rate it will still be in my wardrobe this time next year.0
