  • He he, I am on a learning curve, I have lost fairly slowly but I feel like it is sustainable, I am not missing out on things I love, just planning them in. I can see myself carrying on with this unlike a diet, I put on my weight slowly over a few years, if I can lose all I want to in a year, however slow that seems it would be great for me!

dammit - have gone 7 points over this weekend - too much wine! got to be good this week! Went shopping this morning and have some fruit and salad to take to work with me so hopefully I can even it out and stay on track. Grumble!

    Evening everyone !

Week 4 weigh in tomorrow night so fingers crossed. I think my losses are slowing a bit now as my scales here (I know .... I shouldn't get on them ! :o :rotfl:) say I've not lost but we'll see what happens. I'm not worried as I know I've stuck to it, could just be one of those funny weeks.

I'm off to Copenhagen with DD1 on Friday for a long weekend so have no idea what I'll be eating (food is completely out of my hands  and has been arranged by someone else, so I'll have to make the best of a probably bad job I think ). On the plus side we should be doing lots of walking so I might be able to balance it up a little bit .

Hope everyone has a good week

  • Weigh in tomorrow, eek, I have been pretty good but had a few little treats this weekend, I behave mostly over the week and then on a weekend don't often eat 3 meals a day. Had a burger today but didn't eat many of my chips, and then had some ben and jerry's tonight but only in a little ramekin with a teaspoon

Hope all is well with everyone

    Heya

I started weight watchers two weeks ago, I couldnt make my weigh in last week though so am nervous about tomorrow night.

Am hoping to lose as close to a stone and a half by christmas if I can. Im dreading Christmas as May last year I was a size 6 and I have just gradually eaten and eaten and put all the weight back on again! I have always had problems with my weight, I have been up and down. Im hoping by doing WW this time that it will stay off as I will be able to keep going once I get to my target instead of just giving up stopping weighing and eating rubbish. My target is also not going to be as low this time as I think I probably went to low last time. So am hoping I can join this thread for some extra support.
