you weigh lighter in the morning than at night.. can be a difference of around 4 lbs.., so you probably wont have lost as much as it looks like if your weigh in is an evening one..

my Wi at lunchtime.. hoping to have lost 2.5lbs as that would bring me to my 2 stone but not sure ive done it this week.. will wait and see.. ive got some nill points soup out of the freezer for lunch when i get back and as this the last will make some more tonight to freeze.. always handy to have if you got no points left and you need some comfort food ...

Thats compared to last weeks morning weigh in. So in theory should be right then. I keep track of both morning and evening weigh in on weigh in day. As obviously the evening you would be heavier as youve eaten and drunk during the day
  • morning everyone,

weigh in for me today..........totally chuffed with myself 2lbs off this week. hooray

well done to all the other 'losers' too .lol

Well according to the ww scales I have lost 6 in the two weeks not 9. Im going to go with that on my target to christmas as more normal me thinks.

Just had chip shop chips for tea - gotta have a treat on weigh day lol. Anyone know the points in half a large portion though as I still want to count them. Cant seem them on the website though :-(

wii fit is better than nothing but its not going to get you massively fit and its low intensity so cant see it helping with much weight loss. If you want to really lose weight the £55 is better spent on a pair of decent running shoes. The best things I like about it are:

boxing training - punching virtual things is good for the soul :)
zazen - sitting amazingly still is one of my strong points :D
free step is useful if you want to work towards your 10,000 steps and if you skip their timer and go quite fast you can probably get through 3-4,000 steps in half an hour. Thats a reasonable workout for in front of the telly.

The Yoga is ok for learning how to do the moves but because they dont join up into a routine I dont think there is much benefit in it - though I gather this is possible in Wii Fit Plus.

A lot of the other games are a bit gimmicky and once played a few times get a bit boring I think, other than in a group as a party game. Also from practical experience you need to make sure that you arent wii fitting in front of a window as it does cause amusement for the neighbours.

And the bit I really dont like about it is that when you set up your mii it gives your mii your body shape- so mine is tubby :( and my scrawny beanpole brothers is stick thin.
