I did NOT enjoy my lunch and that makes me want to eat more!!! I had one of my chilli's from the freezer and it tasted a bit soggy - got flipping spicy though over the last week!
I have just amused myself though..my colleague gave me a teeny tiny bag of buttons left over from halloween and I scoffed them as soon as I'd eaten my lunch and thought well maybe if I eat them quick enough my stomach won't register them :rotfl: I guess thats the same as eating a broken biscuit - doesn't count cos the calories have fallen out, or stealing chips off someone else's plate - they're his calories not mine

Sorry Puds for not updating. I completely fell off the wagon with this new job.
Anyway I've put on 1 since last updating despite eating bags of percy pigs and BLTs for lunch (been lucky I know).
I'm now feeling much more confident about things so I'm going to really give WW a good push and hopefully still make the Xmas challenge. I can but try!!
Here goes... WI this morning so fingers crossed for 2lbs off by next Monday...

ITV comp winner no 410 -
Hi everyone
Didn't get weighed last week (in Copenhagen) but went last night and lost 1lb so I'm pleased with that. Had no control over food while I was away (paid for in advance) but I did try and not be a piggy and choose fairly sensibly where I could.
I have a few weeks now where nothing is occurring (have DDs birthdays 1st week of Dec, but that's it) so I should get a good crack at it now up to Xmas. I know where I want to be before then so fingers crossed (it's realistic, don't worry lol)

Princess - Welcome back! And mmmmmmmm percy pigs

I've got an innocent veg pot for lunch today (pricey but I didn't buy it) but is packed with 3 of my 5 a day which had gotta be good. They are 5.5 points which is more than I normally have for lunch but last time I had one i was still full by dinner time! I don't know which flavour I've got for today yet but last week had the thai coconut. They are great I think for a quick, hot, healthy and filling lunch.
Toast and light pate for brekkie today. I had ice cream for dinner last night in an attempt to get my glands to go down - it hurts when I swallow
Oh and I've got a night out next Friday - girls night out woohooo - but we are doing all you can eat chinese and copious amounts of alcohol AND i have to find something to wear as nothing fits these days...

Only 1lb off for me this week, thats the worst Ive done so far! Very dissapointed Ive been sooo good this week too, ooops sorry - treated myself on Saturday to a WW dessert pot (150 cals).. Won't be doing that next week!0
