Beans on toast is one of my favourite meals, we have it at least once a week. Been good so far today, had bran flakes for breakfast, a chicken sandwich with lettuce and a smidge of mayo for lunch, and having chicken with new spuds and salad for tea, supper will be 1 point soup with a slice of ww bread. Snacks are yogurt and fruit, havent had crisps for 3 days now, I'm really proud of myself (just ignore the fact I've had takeaway over the weekend :rotfl:) I'm glad everyones back on track, although I think puds is taking things a bit too far, who gets up at 5.15 am to do excersise

  • I had a bit of a nightmare week eating wise and am on holiday from tomorrow for 2 weeks so I skipped going to my WI this week, let's hope going to america for 2 weeks isn't as bad as it sounds for the plan :)

  • Hi everyone! Sorry, went AWOL for a few weeks there, was on holiday. Totally binned WW for two weeks and I am now 3lbs heavier than when I last wrote ARGH! Definitely something in the air with all of us going off the rails lol! However, all the boozing and eating in Cyprus was well worth it.

Puds, please also count me in to the Santa Slim. What a genius name! Laughed out loud at my desk when I read the whole list. Please stick me down for 1.5 off a week, so total 21lbs.

I only had time to skim-read the posts but I'll re-read once I'm at home later, it looks like everyone's getting their motivation back yay!

I reckon we can all do it you know!!

    Hi everyone,

1 1/2 lbs off for me this week towards my santa slim so above target so far!!!

Looking forwad to seeing how you've all done this week.

I'm chuffed considering I went to London this weekend. Had a tomato pasta bake from Pizza Hut on Sat night as I thought that wuld be the best choice and I had a nice fry up on Sun morning! When I'm away I just can't resist a little treat! I think thats why I have stuck to it for so long. As I dont feel deprived.

    Good luck peeps!
