Well done Puddings and hollowhead :j
Been very good today, made bolognese using measurments from the fast start booklet for tomorrows dinner as I'm at work tomorrow. Also made a sauce using free veg:- celery, carrot, onion, leeks, peppers and courgette with tinned tomato's, added veg stock cubes, garlic and tomato puree. Gonna fry some diced chicken and add some of this sauce and serve with rice for dd's tea as we're having veg curry and she doesnt like curry. Made loads to freeze as dd is struggling with what to have for supper some nights when she comes home from work, so I thought she could defrost small portions and have with either rice or pasta, hope it helps her for next week. Its delicious with or without meat, we sometimes have this with sausage, bacon or chicken and its nice with either pasta or rice.

I'm on Day Four and very hungry! I've got a lot to lose and am breastfeeding so I have lots of points, but despite eating almost only filling foods, I'm starving!
Looking forward to getting to know you all
Good luck

Thanks for the welcome guys
I'll definitely try and get some soup on the go soon. Been good today, took baby for a walk and he stayed asleep when we got in, so I've got veg roasting in the oven! 3 points for a huge tray which will definitely fill me up!
Only one day till weigh in, quite looking forward to it, I've been so good.
Definitely getting less hungry. I got some WW fromage frais, and for one point they are amazing.
I used to have a recipe for roast red pepper soup that was delish, must dig that out. I've bought a 'Ready in 30 minutes' cook book on ebay, full of WW recipes that I'll hopefully have time to cook.
Bulchy - its great that you are all doing WW together, what a great way to motivate each other! Well done on your suberb results.
Big well done to Puddings and Hollowhead too, hope I'll join you with a loss tomorrow.Stay-at-home, attached Mummy to a 23lb 10oz, 11 month old baby boy.0 -
I'm sure you'll be joining us feelinggood!!
Oh I have the best dinner - figured it would be bad so having it was my WI day treat but worked out the points as 12.5 which is damn good! Its a massman curry which is my fave! My dad sent me a load of curry pastes from Thailand (where he lives) so thought I'd give it a go - its made with coconut milk but I found a light version and also has chicken, potato and peanuts. Serving with rice and a few thai prawn crackers...followed with a WW lemon cheesecake hurrah!!! (Shame viennese biscuits were on offer and I ate the whole pack earlier oops...extra gym for me tomorrow)Really should be doing some work...0 -

I lost 6lbs! Nice start to it! Think I'll do another week of fasttrack, and hopefully get a Silver Seven next week.

hey all. well done to everyone who's lost! :T
i have been off the wagon, but not in a terrible way. just not tracking. been to stay with my mum for the weekend so i've been fed up! aargh.
i have decided, for now, to not go to the meetings as it's an expense i can't really justify. but i have created myself a nice little tracker diary spreadsheet (us and our spreadsheets!) so i have every intention of continuing the WW way of life
have just been catching up on here and it really does make me want to 'be good'!
good luck everyone with this week's weigh-ins! am still super excited for the santa slim challenge!
