  • hey puds - thanks so much for putting the wee board up! i just want to check if you have me down for 2lb per week? or maybe im reading it wrong! but anyway it should be 0.5lb per week i think? or am i shifting the goal posts a bit more here?!lol!!

you know what the more i think about it i have put myself down to lost a stone or thereabouts! thats way too much for me! i would look like skeltor if i lost that much lol!!

if it isn't too much trouble can you change me to 0.5lb a week meaning target is 6lb before i go on hols (4/12) or else 7lbs for xmas - if i have worked this out wrong let me know!

sorry for bein a plank! musta had a lot on my mind when i first gave you my figures!

Forgive me father for I have sinned!

I have been a naughty girl this weekend. I'm really disappointed in myself.

I had a row with my boyf which nearly resulted in us splitting up. We made up but I still felt miserable so we went to Pizza Hut where I ate until I was stuffed. Then, because I knew I had ruined it for this week, I treated myself to the chocolate I have had locked away for months.

Weigh in tomorrow and I have a feeling it's going to be a gain.

Will be really strict next week and go mad on the exercise so hopefully I will redeem myself!

Thank you puds for the update. Everyone is doing so well

    I hear you..

I'm so not tired but I really should go to bed - probably something to do with the fact I've been in my pj's all day so I haven't really got up yet :rotfl: must must must get off backside tomorrow.

    Hi everyone

Can I join you all please? :D

I went to my first meeting last night so today is my first day on WW. I've done it before, about 3 years ago, and got down to target weight but since moving house/changing job etc I've put most of it back on :EasterBun :o. It took me a while to have my 'weightbulb' moment :rotfl: but after weeks of thinking about it, I got off my backside and went and joined again last night. I'm determined to keep it off this time (learnt my lesson!) and plan to do exercise too as I'll need to tone up as I go. I'm going to start today with a walk into town to get some shopping for my lunch/tea! I have Tuesday's off work so I'm going to sit and read the folders and website and get things clear in my head (it's changed a bit since I last did it). Will also try and read some of this thread to get some motivation going :D. I will be going to weigh-ins as I need that weekly 'check' to keep me on track :o.

I'd like to lose a stone by Xmas so that's my mini target.

Right off to get kids up for school, back later :hello:
    :jWeight loss to date 1st 11.5lb :j

    hi all

wow lots of newbies.. lots more recipes and ideas to share yippee why i love this site..

We love the butternut squash soup, we dont bother with the pepper now as once forgot to add it and now prefer it without.. other half loves the celery and onion nil point soup as well ..

keep up the good work all and will pop in to see how its all going
Those we love don't go away,They walk beside us every day,Unseen, unheard, but always near,
Still loved, still missed and very dear
Our thoughts are ever with you,Though you have passed away. And those who loved you dearly,
    Are thinking of you today.
  • 2lbs off last night yaaaaay!!

Vikki I hear you, sweet things are my nemesis and pretty much the sole cause of my weight gain. This probably sounds extreme but I actually have very little of them now as one always leads to another and another lol, and the less I have the less I want. Easier said than done though I know, but you can get them under control. If I can, anyone can, trust me! lol

Well, it's been announced round the office that I'm leaving to start a new job. It's official now. I'm a bit scared about it but the main concern is that there's somewhere nearby that does nice lentil soup and a brown roll for my lunch! Always thinking of my stomach haha!

Puddings thank you so much for adding me on the Santa Slim!!

Keep up the good work everyone. And there's nowt wrong with a Pizza Hut blowout Penky, just put it behind you and be gentle with yourself no matter what the scales say this week.

  • Well done princesssscotland:T:T:T:T
  • afternoon all,

well im getting myself organised. ww books out and ready to go, food delivery in the morning with most of the stuff im going to need for this weeks diet ,thought if i had it delivered it would save all the chocs, biscuits and crisps leaping into my trolley.......got my notepad at the ready to record the points and daily exercise (starts off with high expectations or wot LOL) and record my weight. should also measure all my vitals but dont know if i can face that too.

PUDDINGS-didnt realise you were keeping a chart of weight loss, could i be added pleaseeeeee. i know im a week or so behind, but if its possible i'd love to join in too. First proper weigh in in the morning , dreading it but must be done before ive got 2 stone to lose.

report back tomorrow......think i may need someone to push me onto those scales ........
