  • Morning all!

Well I still can't find any flipping 3kg handweights locally and have to trek to an Argos Extra store tomorrow! Can't wait for my 'bootcamp' to start.

I completely agree with jockett, Penky, it's a holiday and you have to treat yourself (at least) once. Being Blackpool I would treat myself to a portion of fish and chips and a 99 with a flake :D plus loads of walking along the seafront.

Jockett, tracking is definitely the way forward, I haven't this week and know WI wont be great BUT I'll be all prepared for next week without a doubt. I LOVE my WW scales (also £5 off!) I mainly weigh bread, pasta, cereal...infact anything and everything I can! And it is interesting how you can under/over estimate.

Now I MUST be productive today or I'll be getting the sack  x
Really should be doing some work...
  • Happy Sunday peeps.

Well I'm all ready for 'bootcamp' and santa slim! Had a VERY naughty Indian dinner last night in preparation :D but my meals are planned for the week and my gym stuff packed.

I am now going to have a sausage and mushroom sandwich for lunch for just 4 points - maybe 5 if they only have thick WW bread at Morrisons which is the norm.

I walked to and from town yesterday (about 25 mins each way) carrying too much shopping back and I ache today! There is no hope for me I tell you!

    Puds x

Crikey everyone seems to have gone off the rails this last few weeks :rotfl:this weekend has been my worst since I started ww. Had really good intentions as well, but got home later than we expected last night and just couldnt face cooking so we ended up with a takeaway. Been really good today, partly because I felt so bloated after last night I couldnt eat until lunch time :embarasse Did quite a bit of walking yesterday though, so its not all bad, I think.
Got most of the weeks meals planned, and will be walking my sisters dog as well as my own this week as well, and she walks a lot faster than mine so theres my extra excersise planned too, dont really have time to go to a gym or aerobics  but also gonna do some extra cleaning in the house and try to get the garden tidied as well, so hopefully this will get me moving a bit more.
    Good luck everyone.

    Are thinking of you today.

  • Oh I spent ages writing a reply and it's vanished into a black hole...swirling around the vortex mingled with odd socks.

Well I'm alive after bootcamp session number 1! It was really good fun, flipping hard work but I survived to tell the tale..and now I'm starving! Still can't believe I got up, voluntarily, at 5.15 am and paid for the privelege

Vikki - life can get in the way and you need to do what you need to do at that time. You'll get back on track! Hope all is ok.

:rotfl: can't believe we ALL went off the rails this weekend...must be something in the air! Or the belly...

credit_crunch shall I put your 0.3lbs in the table as official start week? Your meals sound lush - and I love beans on toast!

I have a sausage and tomato sandwich for lunch and I want it NOW!!

    Puds x
