Puddings I think you have me confused for someone else! I'm not wheat intolerent so all of the above sound yummy!

Ooops sorry Penky - its Karen I was thinking of! Sorry to Karen too...oh dear I thought I was doing so well keeping up :D Good to 'see' you though, huge congrats on the 2 stone mark and you can defo get to your goal by the wedding!

I've been soooooo busy at work I havent managed to find a moment to say hi to you all.

Ellie its a GREAT start and I'll write your xmas goal down!

Nothing to report my end, struggling a little - work related stress (any excuse) and have absolutely no motivation for the gym (hence I'm here not there right now) so I'm defo gonna sign up for this 'bootcamp' thing I've found. Not too expensive, 3 mornings a week for 4 weeks outside doing all sorts of different stuff. Had kind of written it off due to the cost but I think the health cost will outweigh the ££'s or even the lbs will outweigh the ££'s !!
Really should be doing some work...

i like the idea of a xmas goal - santa slim was good lol!

i have been back & forward with this ww malarky but i have a week in tenerife in december to look forward to so i would love to lose weight & tone up by then!

i have an mse dilema!! i bought a cross trainer but used it for 3 weeks and lost interest! but my friend has joined a gym that is doin 2 memberships for the price of one so works out at £19 per month! i will more than likely sell the cross trainer seeing as it is gathering dust but dont know whether to join the gym mainly because it must be a 12month contract! - advice & opinions appreciated!

anyway put me down for 11.5lbs for xmas (or dec holiday) - i think if i watch my eating & stick at gym/cross trainer this may be achievable!

just read this back - 11.5lbs is so random! i should have said 7! eejit!

    credit_crunch you're on the list!

I go to Fitness First and when I'm in the mood I enjoy it - right now I'm not and haven't really been for 3 weeks. I go through periods like this though. FF has TV's on their cardio equipment so I can watch telly and half hour passes quite quickly.

If you defo don't use the cross trainer then sell sell sell or you can mix and match with a workout for variety! If you're going to the gym with a mate then thats great motivation - i'd love a gym buddy to put the pressure on me occasionally.

I've just signed up to this group morning workout thing to remind me I enjoy exercise when I actually do it - however, I need handweights for Monday (3kg) and I can't find any!!!

Thanks Puds, I do like that dress as I think it's quite slimming!

Oooo that boot camp thing sounds good. I wonder if there is any similar down here.

I havent exercised for ages but I went aqua aerobics tonight and I'm going body combat tomorrow so hopefully I will get back on it!
