After 3 weeks of no loss, I've finally shifted a few more lb this week. 11st 10 now and hoping for 11 7 by the end of Sept. I am off on hols to Vegas then so I fully expect to pile it back on! However I shall negate the portion sizes by only eating starters and walking miles... I hope!!!0

Where has everyone been, it's so quiet on the boards recently. Am a little nervous for my weigh in tomorrow as I missed last week due to the bank holiday and my scales at home are useless. I have been mostly good but not so good at the tracking IYSWIM
Hope everyone else is well!God is good, all the time

Hope everyone else is well!been off the diet for a week or so, but definitely back on track now. My dd was weighed on friday and had put on half a pound Sian, so hopefully you will be ok, she was also in the tangerine field so had lots of walking to do as well, and ate healthier than she had expected to. Good luck at the weigh-in.

Thanks Bulchy, I hope being fairly good since Tuesday will have helped, as long as I don't put on! I managed to steer clear of the cider and chips which I think are the killer. Was well worth it though, a great weekend had by all.
What does everyone do for lunch at work to keep them going with ww? I have been having lots of salad but I do find I get really peckish at about 4pmGod is good, all the time

hi everyone
i haven't been on in a while as i had well & truly fallen off the waggon!
i have had so many birthday parties & important nights out that i could just about manage to track on track but once the weekend came i would be drinkin a large amount of alcohol, a meal out then several takeaways on the sunday to help the hangover! i mean this day last week i had a dominos almost as soon as i got out of bed, then a chinese for my dinner!
for my sins i will be weighing myself in the mornign adn trying to get into a routine of using the cross trainer - even if it is only 10mins day to begin with!
suggestions for lunches would be good to share sian
i normally have either:- weightwatchers/light choices soup with a sandwich made from ww bread and wafer thin ham
- ww beans/spaghetti on ww bread
- salad - lettuce carrot onion peppers, beetroot and a low cal/fat free dressing
- ww readymeal
- cous cous or pasta with peppers/onions/tomatoes

Baxters French Onion soup, if I've worked it out correctly, is 2pts for the entire tin, which is decent enough for a 'bargain' lunch for me these days (and it's gluten free). On average my lunches work out at anything from 2-4 points...
This week I've had WW soup (0.5-1.5pts per can, depending on the soup!), an apple and a nectarine or clementine. If I need to bulk it out I would have either a slice of WW bread (0.5pts) or 3 plain Ryvita.
Other times it might be 0pt soup but a couple of slices of WW bread or a bag of Walkers Baked Crisps (1.5pts) as well as random pieces of fruit that are in the fridge.
Occasionally for a treat there'll be sandwiches made with WW bread, but does anyone else find that they're a bit thin and weedy looking?!!
Tomorrow OH's got the remainder of tonight's vegetable chilli dinner for a couple of points. Summer (what's that I hear you ask?) usually brings salads which we bulk out with beans for a few points. Errr... I'm trying to think! WW yogurts for a sweeter side of things, or the infamous Alpen bars at 1pt a go (chocolate and fudge!)...0 -
I have lunch at home as I work twighlight, but have to do the oh some food to take to work as he does night shift. I pack the usual salads, point free soups, occaisonally he'll take sandwiches if I cant think of anything else, but hes also taken the tortilla that was in the your week booklet he got from weigh-in a few weeks, its just like an omlette with potaoes, onion ham and peppers in, something we hadnt ever had before and it was surprisingly nice cold with a salad. He also takes fruit and the shape fuller for longer yogurts. Cant think of much else just now.

Morning all - I'm back on the wagon!
Welcome newbies :j and well done to those who've lost!
Well my WI was terrible, I've put 5.5 lbs ON over 2 weeks so really have to get back to it. Am going to aim for 1lb a week loss so should lose a stone by Xmas. My best mate joined with me on Saturday and we are really competitive so there's my motivation!!
Well I got ridiculously drunk on Saturday night (I'm not a big drinker so a complete lightweight) and like credit_crunch its gotta be pizza on the sunday! And nothing seems to fill me up when I'm hungover. Thank god I don't get drunk often!!!
Lunch for me this week (not being very adventurous) is going to be 2 small rolls (3) with cheese triangles and some WW crisps. Breakfast will be cereal bar/yogurt/apple. Dinner is sauces wth rice after I discovered Poundland at my Nannas and all their cheap WW goodies! Must find out if there's one near me... I also have WW cookies in my drawer at work for when I'm peckish in the afternoon. I do find the WW bread a bit pathetic - often have nimble which is a tad better or I go for the thick bread and use the extra points.
And I WILL be going to the gym this week! I have 5 days to get a couple of lbs off for WI on Saturday to kickstart me.
Hmm..I think I feel worse today than I did yesterday! Thats it I'm never drinking again...:rotfl:
Puds xReally should be doing some work...0 -

Still loved, still missed and very dear
