    Penky - I'm going on this one www.fitnesscamp.co.uk and really looking forward to getting my bum in gear, been so lazy.

    Rose - I took the following to a BBQ and it was only all my food that got eaten :D new potatoes with herbs nuked in the microwave and 3-4 threaded onto skewers to crisp up on the bbq; chicken and veg skewers; sausage and mushroom skewers; just veg skewers; light coleslaw and potato salad; pasta salads; and some smoothie ice lollys for pud or if its a bit chilly try bananas on the bbq with a few chocolate buttons wrapped in tin foil.

    Right you're all on the Santa Slim with me! Sums aren't perfect but I thought rounded numbers are easier.

  • hey everyone. oooh i like this christmas challenge idea! can i please be added to the list for a total loss of 21 lbs?

    not going to WI tonight as the boyf and i both have snotty colds... ew. been on a mission to the shops and got grapes and some chocolate buttons (he got a banoffee pie and cookies....humph!) so i am settling in for a duvet afternoon/evening.

    i expect to have stayed the same again this week, according to my scales, which is a bit sad because i've been good this week. but i'm not letting it worry me- onwards and upwards!

    congrats everyone else for your losses, i always feel a bit more motivated after coming on this board! :D

  • Oh and the first official weigh week is next week so week commencing 14th September.

    My WI is this Saturday but I wont count in the xmas challenge till next Saturday - I thought as we were already halfway through the week we have already had some people's WI's so need to all start together! Does that make sense? My brain is like mush today!

    It's already making me think differently to be honest. I was originally thinking that I might treat myself when I go Blackpool in October but now I think I will be as good as possible as I dont want to let the side down!

    mabey treat yourself once , either one day or once off, if like me you will find your stomach has shrunk and you wont be able to eat as much as your eyes and salaving mouth tell you lol.

    holidays are meant to be fun so have a wee bit after all its a holiday and we all need one of them now and again i know i did when went on mine.

    Ive started tracking this week more than i have and im sticking like glue to my points total for the day. surprising how many 1 point things you forget if you do it in your head.

    Ive also bought this week the kitchen scales from WW swore i wasnt going to as would be a waste of money but what a eye opener it has been to see how under i was on certain items.

    so with the £5 off i got the scales for £34.99 money well spent and im a tight wad
