hi i joined ww last year and lost over one and a half stone but am afraid to say ive put it all back on plus some !!!! i now want to loose it but i am afraid to go back to the same meeting incase its the same leader i know it sounds weak and stupid but i would feel such a failure if its the same girl

Hi Ellie (and everyone else long time lurker here!)
I have done that for the last 3 years with the same woman...and she always recognises meand says welcome back...time to get your butt back on that horse girl!
I'm sure they see lots of people like us...i started again on Thursday after a break of a year when i literally told myself that i didn't give a monkey's so went wild...not i've put on the 2 stone i lost as well as an extra one from my stinking attitude...great huh:o
Anyway...just go back or pick another one and get back on your horse and come back and tell us all about how nice they were to you and how there were no recriminating looks...you CAN do it!:j

  • Hey all,
I had a great weekend at Leeds Festival, the music was superb and I managed to see loads of bands. Foodwise I tried to be fairly sensible and there were some marginally healthier options for main meals. They didn’t sell any diet drinks in the arena though which was a shame as I needed something to mix with my ½ point Malibu J. On the positive side we did a lot of jumping up and down and were in the furthest campsite so did at least an hour of walking each day, admittedly not that fast in my wellies though!

I have another 6 days to get back on the wagon so hopefully will be back to what I was last week overall!

    Hi
Well sorry for my absence on the boards. I hope everyone is ok and doing well.
I have now lost 10lbs in 14 weeks so really really happy about that.
    I have gone down from 14st 3.5lbs to 13st 7.5lbs
goal weight is 11st 10lbs for my 5ft 8 frame however I am not sure if that is a bit low but i will see as i go along.
I have now gone down to a size 16 on the top and 16 on the bottom----was previously a tight size 18 top and a loose size 18 bottom:)
    Hope everyone is ok
    take care xxx

hey everyone. well done ellie, sian and gilly!

i just had a sudden urge to log on and tell you what i had for dinner :D

medium portion of cod (1pt) with stir fry veg (0pt) and soy sauce (0pt)!

i had no idea cod was so low on points- i got it from the fish counter as a nice change from the norm... think it'll take pride of place in my weekly shop from now on!

i'm ridiculously excited about this news :T

on a different note- i'm not expecting a loss this week as i went a bit mental on portions over the bank holiday weekend. all reaosnably ww-conscious food, just WAY too much of it! argh.
  • Just a quick hi and well done peeps! Gilly we've missed you...Sian, Leeds sounded fab!

I am currently 'off the wagon' but will return on Saturday! I have had ANOTHER filling this morning so can only eat ice cream and custard!! And after my Nanna stuffed me with food to within an inch of my life all week the WI will not be a good one..but then thats it - 16 weeks or something till Xmas and I WILL lose a stone by then - we ALL will!!

    Puds x
Really should be doing some work...

Hi, I'd like to join as an honourary member please as my OH started WW online on Monday. He has 30 points a day which seems loads and loads. For me the main importance is making sure that he has the right food at work so that there are no temptations for him to snack on the wrong things. Today he has Tesco light choices prawn cocktail, 200g of potato to microwave, salad, WW dessert yog, WW tortilla chips, grapes, strawberries, banana, clementines, and WW cookies from Poundland!! :rotfl:Do you think he'll be hungry!!!!:rotfl::rotfl:

I'll be popping on here for inspiration/support as I find it a bit strange doing WW when I don't need to

  • Afternoon all, glad it's friday but trousers feeling a little tight today, need to do some exercise this weekend I think :)
Sugar free jelly is my friend this week, a point free snack when you have a sugar craving. Also had a really yummy breakfast, a slice of toast with some tomatoes and mushrooms fried in frylight spray, mmmm. Lunch was salad with carrot, tomatoes, cucumber, olives etc with a boiled egg and salad cream, mmmm

    How is everyone?

hey guys, and welcome chivers :)

it's been so quiet on this thread lately!

well , i stayed the same last weigh in. but that's because i over-ate on the bank holiday weekend, so i'm more confident about this week.

feel a lot more in control of my portion sizes now, after a very stern couple of days i think my stomach has shrunk back to the size it ought to be!

    how's everyone else?
