Hi Puds!
Sorry to hear your teeth are still giving you trouble, that's awful. Good luck with the dentist this afternoon, hope it's not an abcess although antibiotics will clear it up usually. Sore teeth are just the worst. Keep lashing on the bonjela lol.
Fab you had a loss after being badyaay! Phish food mmmm... yeah frozen yoghurt's got to be better for you than the full shebang surely?
Have 'reclaimed' almost all my extra points caused by pizza-hating website but only by going below 14 points a day. Realise this is some sort of cardinal sin according to WW so we shall see whether I will be punished for this on Wednesday lol!
Must also start work. Have been sitting here since 9am but have so little to do at the moment *sigh*

Aw puds, sounds painful, hope you get sorted this afternoon.
As for the shape yogurts, they have lumps  but they taste delish, its more like eating a desert than a yogurt, I love them.
Well we got weighed on friday, dd lost a pound, I lost half and the oh put half on, he knows why, they had a buffet at work on tuesday night, he ate loads, but at least he knows why he put on and half a pound isnt too bad. They put a weeks holiday in for next friday as dd is off to Leeds festival on wednesday, shes there till beginning of next week, but following diet before and after should hopefully keep her weight the same or even a small gain, which shes expecting. She'll just have to dance off whatever junk food she eats :rotfl:

Weigh in in half an hour, eek. I have been really good all week apart from having an indian take-away on Saturday, though I did split it over 2 days and didn't choose a creamy korma as I normally would. I'd ideally like to lose half so I get my silver 7. I am at Leeds festival this weekend and there isn't really any way to cook (they have banned gas canisters so we can't even really do hot water!) and I am nervous about how I will manage to not pile on the pounds. Any tips on things I can take to eat? If I can do only one 'takeaway' type meal a day from the vans etc I think it might be do-able!
Will check in later, hope all is well with everyone!God is good, all the time
Do something that scares you every day

Hi Sian, I agreee with Sue - enjoy yourself and dance your socks off! Then get back on track when you get home. And half on aint that bad
Well the dentist gave me antibiotics (and my mum gave me a box of Maltesers which are no more) so fingers crossed my gums are on the road to recovery!
Am gutted Shape yogurts have lumps in - I'm reeeeaally wierd about that.
Princess I guess going under the recommended 14 a day once in a blue moon can't hurt. I have done it, normally without realising, and I'm ok
I had a WW mini naan last night with my chicken and Tesco LC Tikka Masala and it was yuck - so I've thrown the remaining 3 in the bin. They taste odd. I may try a pitta with it tonight. (Serves 4 so living on it for a while!)
I was thinking about clawing back my malteser points from last night but I don't really want to work out what a box of them has 'cost' me so will just draw a line...
Must crack on!
Puds xReally should be doing some work...0 -
Hi everyone!
Sorry Sian, not really sure what to recommend, but once you're there I'm sure you'll find the best option for you. Anyway, don't worry about it, you're going to have such an amazing time so just enjoy yourself! V jealous, no festivals for me this year.
Glad you got antibiotics for your tooth Puddings and now nice but naughty is your mum?! Lol. My parents and OH's parents are coming to ours for lunch and then evening out on Saturday. I'm cooking duck breasts (not very WW I know, but they're so nice) and my mum is bringing dessert so I know I'm going to absolutely feast on Saturday! Really looking forward to it. Perhaps a bit early on in the diet to be abandoning it, but it's only for a day...
Hope you are all fab and well today.

i've done the same!! aaargh. i had a naughty couple of days. like puds, it's too much to claw back so time for a fresh start.
luckily my scales reckon i've lost 2-3lbs since my initial weigh in so if i can drop a couple more before my weigh in on thurs i will be happy :j (remember i missed a weigh in though. 5lb in one week is a bit ambitious!)
yes. i am super motivated for my day today and i'm even going for a swim! lovely.
hope everyone else is feeling good!

:rotfl:Puds, I nearly wet myself laughing at you and your malteasers, I love them and wouldnt be able to resist either. Glad to hear your on ab's now, hopefully should put an end to your problems.
Princessscotland, can I come to yours on saturday please, I love duck but its just something I hardly ever cook (usually a christmas/new year treat).
Katy, must be something in the air, I havent been very good the last few days either, I've been feeling hungry even though I'm having my full amount of points, think I need to change my menus, as we've sort of stuck to the same things for the last 2 weeks, looks like a change is needed as this happened a few weeks into the diet, so need some variation, trouble is, I need to prepare meals for dd and oh as we all work different shifts so most things have to be re-heated or packed up and stored in the fridge for them to take to work. It was easier at the start when we had a few weeks off work

Sue, if you're in Edinburgh on Sat you would be very welcome to dinner at mine lol! I absolutely dread to think of the points but it's becoming like Come Dine With Me so stuff the points, go for flavour!
My mum is a brilliant cook and had my OH's parents for Christmas dinner which was the first time both sets of parents met. OH's parents got round to repaying the favour a few weeks ago. OH's mum - she's just lovely - was practising her recipes all week and her meal was delicious. Now it's my turn and I dread to think how I'll manage to pull this off :rotfl:
I will just distract them with alcohol...
WELL DONE KATY! Am sure it'll be a good weigh in for you this week. I hope you enjoy your swim :j.0
