Yey, I lost 3lb
That is the 1 1/2 I put on last week plus another 1 1/2
That's 6.5 since I started 8 weeks ago, not too bad
Am starting to believe I can really do it, saw some awful pics of myself that convinced me I am doing the right thing
Hugs for all!!!God is good, all the time
Do something that scares you every day

Crikey puddings, dont you realise how dangerous it is visiting nana's when your trying to loose weight :rotfl:
Aw I know I know! Last time I went up I told her I was eating smaller portions so she served up 5 fishfingers instead of 6  Hmm, exercise, I'll be taking my gym kit incase I fancy hunting out the local Fitness First (I didn't get around to it last time) but she lives in a nice estate so I may have a jog round!yummymommy wrote: »Well had weigh in tonight and lost another 1.5 pounds.Total 18 pounds now. Well done! You are doing so well :j My WI is on a Saturday morning.Sian_the_Green wrote: »Yey, I lost 3lb
Fantastic, Sian, you CAN do it
And welcome newbies to our little motivational band of weightwatchers
Well I have a headache today and feel a bit queasy which sadly makes me want to eat but I wont! I'm meeting a friend for lunch today, just at the local cafe and I'm going to have something on toast (beans or mushrooms I think) which I'm really looking forward to. Oh and I'm going to the Harvester on Friday and was looking in my eat out guide. I went on their website and they list all the NV's for everything and I presume they are more up to date and they are LESS than in the book. I wish all restaurants did this. I'm gonna have the Peri Peri chicken I think and, according to the guide, if I swap the chips for new potatoes I save 6 points which makes the meal only 6 points :j
I must go get a butternut squash tonight cos I want CHIPS!
I'm going to the cinema tomorrow night so I must get some WW friendly goodies to munch on. Probably some love hearts (1.5) some Frazzles (1.5) and a WW bar (1.5) - no time for dinner inbetween work-gym-cinema.Really should be doing some work...0 -

Thanks Pudding. Oooh butternut squash chips ??? How do you make them and how many points are they ?????The past is over & done & cannot be changed. :rotfl:puddings, 5 fishfingers instead of 6, bet you were starving, they just dont listen do they, I loved my nana, she was great, yours sounds just the same, just dont tell her your doing excersise otherwise she'll have to 'feed you up'.
Your so disciplined puddings, I just couldnt risk going out for a meal just now, if I did, it would have to be on wi day so I had the rest of the week to put things right.
Are the bns chips free? I love the red pepper and bns soup, will have to try the chips.

Just had the spanish ham and potato tortilla (recipe in one of the weekly newsletters you get at wi) with salad, it was delish. I added a bit more ham as dd said there didnt look much in recipe, and sprinkled a small amount of cheese on top, this I reckon took it to 5 points per portion instead of the 3 1/2 the recipe said, but was worth it. I would definitely make this again. I've left the kids portion in the pan to have later, and oh's is wrapped in tinfoil for him to take to work, so its handy for a packed lunch.

Bulchy that sounds delicious! Does anyone know where I can find the recipe online? I can't eat dairy but OH would love that. He is playing at WW by guessing his points. I think it's just for my sake to support me, which I appreciate even if he is just pretending!
What nice nanas you guys have lol! My grans, both of them, have absolutely no problems with telling me how fat I look - they do this every time they see me, although after my first weight loss one of them did say I was looking better which was nice. This doesn't stop them trying to feed me though...
Hope you had a lovely lunch Puddings, thanks for letting me know about the harvester NVs (good news) and I hope your head is better.

haven't been on here in a couple of weeks! Sorry, I have stayed the same had a few Birthdays (dads 60th, sisters 15th) and have been off the rails, struggling to get back on them0
