    Only 1 1/2 off :(

I was pretty peeved about it yesterday hence not posting...

but i know it is not all gonna fall off in a week,
every since i had an implant (pill) put in my arm last august i have only ever gained weight until now
I only ever planned to lose 1 pound a week so I woud be a decent size by my october hols

so lots of reasons to be pleased. as I am on track I will do this!!!

not expecting a good week though - had a nandos today - chick salad and rice so within points

plus its my birthday next week:beer: - planning to try and keep my points though

i dont think i will do to well this week, due to my back pain, not able to do much in the way of excercise or even walking too far, plus my monthly friend has come to visit, and i am bloated as hell today!

but on the positive side, as my back has loosened up a bit, i have spent my day off sorting through my clothes to see what fits and what doesnt (beleive it or not, i had clothes in my wardrobes in 4 different sizes!) only a small amount of my clothes are to small (and they do up, just not comfortably enought to wear them for any lenght of time! )

but managed to get 1 bag for the charity shop, 1 and a half bags for the dustbin men to collect, and have half a wardobe of stuff i have hung in a wardrobe in the loft which is too big but i dont want to get rid of (some of it i am thinking of having altered, escpecially as i have a couple of expensive dresses that have never been worn, if not i may sell some of it either on ebay or at a car boot)

have managed to create a fair amount of space to be filled with new clothes of course so credit card may have to come out soon, cant have all that free space can we
